Hoping for good things for the haunted chocolatier woo!!
Looks like someone is returning to the valley!
Ask box open!
Mayor Lewis be like the only bus leading to and from our town is broken, the local farm is abandoned, the community center in ruins, the last museum curator ran away with everything we had, I can’t provide housing for all my citizens, there’s garbage everywhere, but if my relationship with Marnie becomes public my political career might suffer :/
Me?? Returning after 100 years of inactivity?? No...
I DO have plans to actually revive the blog kwjdnw I’ve just been busy with school amongst other things, plus everything seems to be a bit quiet atm.
But here! Have a Thea for your troubles.,,
@ask-blue-moon-farms gave me a meme idea so I went with it whilst he swore at Dark Souls 3, a good time was had by all *fingerguns*
I wasn’t kidding when I said I was overhauling her story entirely-
I know I’ve been outrageously inactive, but could you like/reblog this post if you’d be interested in a group verse/event for the sdv community, based around ancient gods, magic, and other fun supernatural tropes?
EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS!
I’ve found myself needing to move sooner than expected and my insurance won’t cover my meds, so I’m a little strapped for cash. I know money is tight for everyone right now, but if you could spare even a little bit it would mean the world to me! If you don’t want to order a commission and just want to donate, my kofi is here Please reblog!
Hi everyone! Summer’s finally here and I’ve been,, very inactive. These past few months, I’ve felt really disconnected to Thea’s story as a whole- so I’ve decided to completely re work it! I’m still keeping her general personality (including likes, dislikes, all that) and her relationships to other people in the valley the same, (For example, she’s still gonna be friends with Evelyn, Alex, and farmers from other blogs I’ve interacted with! :D ) but her backstory, as well as where the blog was going is being completely re done! So stay tuned for that, I can’t wait to return!

Thea quickened her pace as she walked through the seemingly endless halls of the community center. Her heart was racing, and her mind was clouded with panicked thoughts as the heels of her boots clickeded against the floor.
She desperately wanted sleep, but the thought of being in such a vulnerable position kept her from it. The doors to their rooms had locks, but she knew that someone could probably pick them with no trouble. Of course, Thea hadn’t tried it herself- she was better off not knowing..
Thea also knew it was dangerous to be outside alone like she was, especially at this hour of the night.. Someone could easily grab her from behind and- She almost gasped out loud, but stopped herself. Thea stopped walking, taking a moment to collect her thoughts and calm down.
The terror of their situation had very suddenly set in. Thea had tried to be positive from the start- for everybody’s sake- but with each new event that unfolded, staying optimistic was becoming exceedingly difficult.
After a few shaky breaths, Thea started to walk again. She was making her way to the garden- one of the newly discovered areas of the gargantuan building. It was calm and peaceful among the flowers, which Thea definitely appreciated, but it was the only place so far that she could see the sky. Well, it could kind of be seen- behind a thick layer of foggy glass- but in a place like this, Thea would take anything she could get.
Stopping at the entrance, Thea felt a sudden tightness in her chest. She wasn’t alone. Quickly stopping, she stood still as to not make a sound as she tried to make out who was here with her. Who would be here at this hour if not to.. Thea quickly shook the thought from her head. They could be here for the same reason as me.. She thought. Thea desperately hoped that was true.
A wave of relief washed over Thea as she suddenly realized who was standing in the darkness. It was Aurelie- the ultimate novelist- and her most trusted friend here! She felt all her worries melt away as she slowly approached the taller girl. Thea didn’t bother to think about why Aurelie was here, or what she could be doing.. It didn’t matter to her anymore anyway. She was just happy she wasn’t alone!
“Aurelie?” She said with a nervous smile. “What are you doing out here so late?” Her head was innocently cocked to the side as she stared up at her friend. “I’m up.. getting a little air. Or, about as much air as I can get in this place anyway..” Thea’s smile briefly faltered, but it quickly returned to her face.
Thea’s looked up at Aurelie when she started talking about the motive video. She was curious about it, after all.
“Well, maybe a little..” Thea chuckled, leaning back against the tree. “I mean- I didn’t get mine, if that’s what you’re hinting at. I was gonna wait to watch it, but then everyone started fighting about it and.. you know..” Thea started tracing one of her fingers through the dirt, trying not to think about what had happened prior.
Thea sighed “I kinda hope whoever has mine doesn’t show me, I don’t really want to know what’s in it..” She trailed off. “Not that I would ever murder somebody-“ God no, that’s a horrible thing to even think about.. “But I think I’d just get.. sad? Like it would probably motivate me to an extent, but I think it’d just get more anxious and worried than anything.”
After a few minutes of thinking, Thea looked back up at the think glass that separated the garden from.. the outside world. She reached her hand up towards it, as if trying to touch it, but after a few moments she let her hand fall back down to the earth with a thud.
She sighed, closing her eyes. After a minute of silence, she suddenly piped up.
“Thanks for staying out here with me- even for a little bit!” She turned towards Aurelie, a small smile appearing on her face. “I’m gonna.. go back to my room though- I should probably get some sleep.” Thea grunted as she stood up, dusting off her apron.
“If you’re going back too, we should walk together! It could be kinda unsafe to be alone this late.”
“Sometimes I feel like I’m dreaming, but I’m not asleep. It’s not a daydream, though, it feels so real. I almost forget where I am. I think I’m just getting too into my own head…”
^^ Mun is very surprised-

Oh my goodness, wow!! This is actually insane!!
I never thought I’d get this far with my weird little farmer ask blog, so I’d like to thank everyone for helping me get here!! Knowing that 100 people consciously decided to follow my blog is an insane feeling!!
I spent a long time following stardew ask blogs and wishing that I could interact with other people the way that they did!! I thought it was awesome- I loved stardew valley, and I was just starting to discover ask blogs at the time. I thought they were really cool!
So, this past January I made my New Year’s resolution to start my own ask blog! So I took a girl that I had drawn in my sketchbook, have her an outfit I thought was cute, and posted here for the first time on January 7th.
From then, I’ve met so many amazing and talented artists and writers who support each other through their love of this game. Seriously, everyone here is so kind, nice, and creative! Joining this community is one of the best decisions I’ve made!
And so, to all of my followers and the whole stardew valley community..

Ok, so just a few things for the future!
I do have a story event planned! It’ll probably start when school is over for me!
Speaking of school, I’m definitely going to be much less active these next few weeks because of finals! After that though, I’ll have much more time to dedicate to posting here!
I’m not hosting another raffle, because I think it’d be boring to do the same thing over and over again! The event isn’t coming for a while, but in the mean time..
I’ll be doodling farmers!! Just send a request in my ask box!
I know this is much less exciting than a raffle, but I hope you all still enjoy it!
Thanks again! 💕

Trimming time! And also, this may contain spoilers for Dangaronpa V3: Killing Harmony! You have been warned :)
She hummed, nodding at her statement about Korekiyo. “He already told everyone all about the ritual, specifically the caged child one. I believe he approached me to have my insight on the matter.” she explained, nodding at her last statement. “He does have his sights on learning how humans works, and the culture is something he won't pass up on. He might be a tuned into knowing how it works, anyways.”
“That would be tomorrow, if my assumption is correct.” she said, twirling her pen as she opened her notebook and flipped through a few pages, up until it reaches the calendar. She doesn't know the month and year (it was a bit old, and it had been torn off. As to why, even she doesn't know), but has found the date. She marks it with a circle, before checking the next date. “It has always been a week and a half for the motives to be revealed, so I'm sure Monokuma would reveal the motive tomorrow.” she told, pausing for a bit.
When she felt the other crawl up to her side, the female had changed the pages to rest itself on the current page for everyone's actions. She didn't wrote anything suspicious— just on what she observed. As she told about everyone being included, then pointing to the name she listed, the female chuckled. “Of course I had. Although, it is a bit troublesome to get to know everyone around on the first week.”
Underneath her name had some paragraphs written in bullet form, but she made sure the writing is a bit unclear on what it reads. She usually writes letters, and if she wanted it short she would make it a tad bit smaller. She doesn't like leaking information, after all, and only does this to the people she relies on. Shuichi is one of the people that consults her about everyone's actions, and it does help out in during the trials, especially concerning everyone's alibis to see who is lying.
She hadn't been acting suspicious, not as far as the novelist knew. However, she suspected the motive will be sent out early in the morning tomorrow. And she knows it.
When Aurelie spoke about Korekiyo and the caged child seance, Thea hummed in response. “Yeah, he does seem to want to know about how humans work. Although, I think he’d have an easier time if he wasn’t so..” Thea paused for a brief moment.
“Off..? It’s like, there’s something weird about him. Not his mask, or the way he moves his hands- which is definitely a little strange- but something that I can’t quite.. put my finger on. And he’s been acting escpecially weird since we found his lab..”
“But anyway-“ Thea changed the subject. As much as Korekiyo tipped her off, there were much more important things to discuss. “The seance itself just sounds like a recipe for disaster. Like, think about it- the spirit medium is huddled over in a cage, in the dark, and no one can see what’s happening. It doesn’t even sound good.” She waved her hands around, to emphasize her point. “And like we said, Korekiyo’s basically obsessed with it right now, and who knows what that could mean..”
Thea listened intently as Aurelie talked about the motive. If Thea was being honest, it freaked her out a little bit.. not only had she been super calm about this whole ordeal, but Aurelie also knew the time between each motive. It was really impressive that she knew and observed that kind of thing- Aurelie was the Ultimate Novelist, after all..but it was a bit unnerving. Thea stared off for a second, lost in her thoughts. Hadn’t only two motives been revealed..?
It would definitely make sense that monokuma would reveal the motives at calculated times, but what if he waited longer? Or revealed the motive two days from now? That.. thing was a bit unpredictable, so Thea wouldn’t be that surprised. All the speculation made Thea’s head hurt. Aurelie seemed so confident about it too..
Thea wrote it off as the paranoia getting to her. After all, Aurelie was her friend, right! She was so helpful to the group, why wouldn’t Thea trust her?
Thea nodded as Aurelie talked about getting to know the others. She curiously glanced again at her name neatly printed on the notebook page. “You’re super observant- I barely remember doing some of that stuff..” Thea trailed off, thinking back to the time they’d spent trapped in this prison. As her mind wandered, Thea suddenly remembered something.
“Aurelie, I hope you don’t mind me asking- and you don’t have to answer if you don’t want- but what was in your motive video? You know, on the kubz pad.”
“Hey Kelly, I haven’t seen Barclay around at all recently, is he ok? I’m getting kinda worried..” Thea tried to laugh, but she was clearly anxious. (Ask-sunsethills)
(thank you Tumblr for completely deleting my long response)
"Oh don't worry, he's fine!", Kelly responded hurriedly, "He's at Starlight Farms. He's trying to avoid Dad... Rory"
She inhaled sharply
"I'm not going to dump the reasons on you... Not unless you ask..."
@ask-sunsethills @starlight-farm
Thea figited with her hands as she listened to Kelly speak. She let out a small sigh of relief once she heard that Barclay was alright.
“Well that’s a relief! I was starting to panic a little, usually he’s out and about, you know?” She chuckled nervously.
“Oh, starlight farms? That’s where.. Immy lives, right? I’ve never met her, but she seems nice!” She kept quiet when Kelly spoke about Barclay avoiding Rory. Rory seems really sweet, why would he do that..? Thea flinched when Kelly spoke up again, snapping out of her thoughts.
“Well if you’re willing to tell, I’d like to know! I don’t want to intrude though..”
Kelly took a steadying breath
"Barclay... Ran away from home after... after he killed a guy. He was afraid of how his family would react and still is. We've kept this to ourselves because... Well... I don't know how they'd react either..."
@ask-sunsethills
Thea inhaled sharply, feeling her whole body tense up after hearing Kelly’s words. Her hands involuntarily grasped her skirt, balling into fists. She screwed her eyes shut as she tried to calm herself down. Hearing that Barclay ran away brought back.. memories that were all too familiar. Thea hoped that Kelly hadn’t noticed her behavior, but she knew she wasn’t hiding it very well.
Thea knew that Barclay had killed things before, he had been an assassin after all. But the wording and the tone felt.. different this time. Like something much more personal. Thea tried to pick her words out carefully, and spoke in a quiet voice.
“That sounds scary-“ It was probably much more than that. “And it would probably make things a little more complicated-“ Try a lot more complicated. “But think about how everyone reacted when Barclay talked about his past! We all still love him! It would probably be hard at first, but he’d get through it!” Thea smiled encouragingly.
Kelly blinked and placed her hand on her chin thoughtfully
"That's not a terrible point... But that's probably something that we need to let Barclay do"
Thea looked back down at her hands, letting go of her skirt and brushing them off. She looked back up at Kelly when she spoke.
“Yeah, of course. That’s his secret to tell others about, if he’s comfortable with it..” She let out a steady sigh.
“I just hope he’s ok, you know? Like I know he’s safe and stuff, but he’s shown that there’s a lot more under the surface that he lets on about his past- I can’t even imagine what other stuff he could have gotten involved in that he’s told no one about..”

This is gonna contain some spoilers for the first 2 chapters of DrV3!
Please don’t read this unless you’ve played it, it sucks to be spoiled :(
Having someone there with her definitely put Thea at ease. As she listened to Aurelie’s words, she felt herself calm down a little. However, the calm feeling didn’t last very long.
Aurelie seemed to know a lot about people. Not like personality or hobbies, but how people worked. Stuff that Thea wouldn’t have even thought of, being in such an anxious state. She wondered how she learned it.
“Yeah, I guess you’re right. I hope nobody was like, watching me or anything..” She chuckled nervously.
Thea felt her body tense up at the mention of Kaede. She leaned her head back, letting it hit the tree she was sitting under. The memory of the first two trials was still fresh in her mind- how could she forget abything? One of the reasons she was trying to stay optimistic for everyone was because of her. It was her wish, after all, for everyone to survive. And it was already falling apart- Thea couldn’t let that happen.
“You really think I’m like her? I mean, she was..” Thea thought for a moment. “Definitely very strong. Sometimes I think I’m gonna hit my limit, but I don’t think she had one!” She chuckled softly again, fondly remembering their time together- and not so fondly all the times they ran the Death Road of Despair. God, Thea swore she was still sore from that night.
Hearing Aurelie compare her to Kaede filled her with a sense of hope. Maybe she could do it- pull everyone together and get out of here. It seemed almost impossible, but maybe..
But she about Aurelie seemed.. wrong. Thea couldn’t quite put her finger on it. She seemed a little too calm, her actions a little too calculated. The girl that Thea had befriended was calm and collected, but tonight it seemed a little off. Thea shook her head slightly, as if trying to shake away the feeling.
Thea smiled up at Aurelie as she heard the taller girl speak again. “Yeah! Eventually we have to find something. Have you seen anything.. you know, off?”
Seeing her tense up at her mention of Kaede made her question slightly of her choices, but she didn't show it. She knew that most would do that. Although, she didn't want to risk showing her panic.
She has to stay strong. Up until the end, of course. The last killing game showed her that fear is not to be shown unless you want to die first.
“She was... But I know you are like her. Sometimes, I doubt anyone would be optimistic still. Especially in a place like this.” she sighed softly, before sitting down and resting her head by the tree. The Death Rode of Despair was made to make things impossible for everyone to leave. Although she didn't show her smile, she did tested it thrice with everyone who was determined to leave.
It works still to stop them. And to make them loss hope. Although she didn't have to complain about it being a tad bit tedious for her and everyone to go through. God, everyone's legs must've been too sore to walk...
“Off...” she hummed, thinking about this. She didn't saw anything, but... Her eyes opened as she grabbed her notebook, opening it.
“This is nothing much for me to say about the others, but... I feel as though Angie and Himiko are planning something. So is Korekiyo, although I'm not sure on what he's doing.” she stopped at the dates of yesterday up until the day after the second trial.
“Korekiyo hasn't been acting well, but he did approached me a few times before. Something about culture and the rituals, he told me. Although I can be wrong about Himiko and Angie, since both of them aren't acting strange.” she shrugged. She was good at reading people, sure, but she does tend to overlook things. “Either way, I'm sure everyone isn't acting suspicious. If they were, it would've been a tad bit hard for them to pretend like they were their normal selves.” she mentioned to the shorter woman, closing her notebook.
She had nothing to hide in her notebook. It's all filled with her tallying about everyone in the school, almost like as a journal to see who is acting off or suspicious. Useful for Shuichi? Yes. Useful for her? Maybe.
She did notice that Thea was seeing her act too... Composed about this. Of course she's acting like this. As the ultimate novelist, you've grown to put up multiple facades by the characters you write about. It's obvious that the girl was hiding her own true intentions, and clearly it may not end well for anyone to accuse someone as her, who hasn't shown any signs of being... Well, off.
Hey! This contains spoilers for Drv3!!
Thea watched intently as Aurelie opened her notebook. She’d seen the girl write in it before, but didn’t know what was actually written inside.
She looked back up at Aurelie once she mentioned some of the others.
“Korekiyo? Geez, that guy is weird.” She chuckled softly, playing with the end of one of her braids. “I’ve tried talking to him a few times, but just like you said- all he’s been talking about is like.. rituals and stuff.. and that caged child thing he found in his lab! Has he told you about it? It’s weird, really weird. But he is the ultimate anthropologist after all, I guess he’d be into that, huh?”
Thea thought for a moment when Himiko and Angie were brought up. “Yeah, they’ve been acting pretty normal! But I’m sure when the next motive is revealed everybody is gonna go off the rails..” She chuckled again, but this time it was to mask her nervousness. Just thinking about it made Thea sick to her stomach. What would monokuma reveal next?
Thea crawled up next to Aurelie to get a good look at her notebook. “Wow, you’ve got everyone in here!” She exclaimed. “Even me!” She smiled, pointing to her own name written neatly above a paragraph of points- she didn’t think about it at first, but once Thea retracted her hand something crossed her mind. Have I been acting suspicious..? She hadn’t been doing anything on purpose, but the thought still lingered. At the next class trial- Thea mentally scolded herself. There wouldn’t be another class trial, not on her watch, at least.
