i got a giant block of text for you because i need to be very specific and intentional with everything i do lol

things to keep in mind :

- this is my first askblog EVER so i don’t really know how or why or what. i am evoking my previous experience role playing warrior cats in that one roblox game in 4th grade to get me through this. this is a learning curve for me please be nice ok

- i’ve said this on my main blog but social interactions are very hard for me. if i ever take awhile to reply, or god forbid i don’t at all, i promise im not trying to be mean! i genuinely just suck and need time!

- Clem uses she/her, i use she/he/they

. I find pollinators interesting.

. When you hear the word "pollinator", I'm sure you'd think of bees.

. Bumblebees are my favorite. They are the fuzzy bees and are less likely to sting you.

. How cute!

. Hummingbirds feed on nectar. Even though they move very quickly, the pollen still gets stuck to their feathers.

. And I know nobody wants to hear it, but mosquitoes are also pollinators!

. Only pregnant females feed on blood. Males and non-pregnant females will typically feed on fruit juices and, of course, nectar.

. They are less effective than other pollinators, but they are useful in their own right.

. Just to end this off, Pollinators are extremely important to the environment. Before 2026, a lack of pollinators would have been disastrous.
