She raised an eyebrow and gave him a bored look, as if she already knew, but she didn’t of course. It was just funny to see the younger red head try to explain his situation. “So..you and Allen are seeing each other..like a date?” she questioned…not sure if that was hard to swallow or not..mainly because she really never met Allen, only heard that he was Cross’ student, and now this kid was his..well kid…she only smiled and nodded…”Just…try not to …” she paused…she wanted to say killed….like what happened to her and Cross…literally. “Try not to get in trouble.” she chuckled .
The rabbit's blush darkens when Maria gives him that look of 'tell me something I didn't know'. "Y- yeah, like a date. dating. yeah, that's it." he confirms, flustered. "We wont! I'll keep Allen out of trouble I swear!" he nods, then shifts around until he's sitting on his knees facing the woman. "So, uh, how 'bout you and Daddy? How did you guys meet, and stuff?"

"So do I!" Lavi grins and tilts his head to the side. "Allen’s a real piece of work," the young Bookman sighs dramatically. "He’s got this tendency to run into trouble, you know. Cross took him in as an apprentice a while ago, when Allen was just a little kid. I was already a Bookman apprentice, at the time, since Daddy didn’t know I existed then." he laughs, happy to have this sort of talk with the woman. After all, she’d be like the mother he never had, right?
"Anyway, long story short…" he laughs nervously, not entirely sure he can finish his sentence. Although, Maria should know what she’s getting in to, after all. "Allen and I, uh…"
She nodded, this was interesting to say the least. At least now she knew how the kid became his apprentice, it seemed like she missed a whole lot..and wondered how it would of been if she had lived…but if not..maybe this kid wouldn’t of been alive…it was strange to think about what could be changed.. “You and Allen?” she wanted him to continued…

"Yeah!" the rabbit agrees, inviting Maria to sit with him. "It’s good to know we don’t have to worry about dying all the time!" he says, laughing. "Yeah, Robin’s a sweet girl. Her and Yuu have this thing," he drew a heart in the air with his hands, chuckling. "But really, she’s sweet. You’ve met Allen, right?"
She sat down next to him and nodded “I see…good for the both of them, I hope they have a good life together.” she smiled..”Allen..? no I haven’t met him yet, but I’ve heard of him.” she chuckled..this was nice to have a conversation like this.
