General Opinion:

1. What do their love letters look like? I feel like it’d be more of a close sibling bond than anything else. Mikaela sees her as a really close friend and his sister that he must protect. He doesn’t really have any romantic feelings for her, though.

2. First impressions of each other: Lots of flowers were gifted. Mika just wanted to make Soh happy.

3. A short headcanon for the pair: They probably just give each other flowers on a daily basis. Mika just grows flowers and lines Soh’s nest with them.

I’ve never really thought about hating someone before. Hate is such a strong word, and feeling to add to that, and it needs to be so carefully used. I’m not even sure if I truly hate anyone. That’s why, I’m not sure I can say if hate is the right word. But loathe? Sure. I’ve seen so much wrong happen in this world, and I’ve felt so much betrayal from which I never expected to experience. As Spirits… I guess I never saw it all coming. So many cats put their faith into you, and yet, you still let us down. It’s all amounted to so much. I thought I could possibly trust you again when you said there would be change, but there wasn’t. I was denied access to my home. I can never forgive you for everything you have caused. It has caused me so much pain and suffering, but thank you for opening my eyes up to the truth of your ways.

Lisha: The ginger tabby was silent for a moment, grey-green eyes flickering with thought. “That’s an…interesting set of questions.” she mewed after a second, voice calm yet slightly cautious, as if she were planning what she was going to say. “My life has been quite swell, admittedly. Nothing that is particularly grand, but I am alright with that. A life that isn’t stressful is a good life.” She paused after the first question, taking into consideration the second. Her parents….she loved them immensely. She could not have ever asked for better parents. ”I love my parents deeply. My mother is warm and comforting, like a fresh kindled flame that occasionally lets of a spark that is surprising. She is beautiful in her own way, but I feel like she is unhappy in some way. I may inquire about it at a later time….” realizing she had gotten distracted from her original words, she cleared her throat to continue, “As for my father….he is a lot like me. I find that he is very easy to get along with, and I can bounce ideas off of him… I love him a lot, and I don’t believe I could ever express how deep my love for him runs. He…makes me feel more comfortable being me.” She shrugged as she finished, ears warming faintly. It all sounded so cheesy.Friends…. She didn’t really have many of those. A small frown worked its way onto her muzzle, eyes darkening into a more somber tone, “Ahh… I can’t really say that I am…well endowed in the friend department. I do, however, really enjoy the company of Nim- or Aleksey now- and Typhoon. They’re both very nice, and I love to talk with them. Typhoon is a lot more childish, and his dislike of his brother can be annoying, but he is very sweet and allows me to feel at least somewhat like the child I’m supposed to be.” She paused for breath, “Aleksey is….very kind. Almost too kind. He may not regard my dislike of contact, but I feel comfortable with him all the same. I mean…I do sleep next to him after all…” she smiled faintly, “I…will definitely make a strong effort to keep talking to him, assuming I go to a different tribe. I really do like him.” The ginger kitten finished, curling her tail around her delicate paws.…That sounded like a threat, she noted, eyes widening at the mention of her mother’s eyes, that were supposedly everywhere. “That is….good to know, thank you.” There was a reason as to why she didn’t get up to much mischief. Words like these really intimidated her.

He gazed down at the smaller kit, ears laying back. Even though he wouldn’t often admit it, he enjoyed having the other kits in the same nursery, but now a lot of them seemed to be leaving or they had their Ceremony. He hadn’t thought much about any of the tribes, only really Light-Tribe and Shadow-Tribe. Though, he wouldn’t say it out loud, but he didn’t really want t be a healer. He feared he would disappoint Ktori if he told him this so he kept it to himself. He wanted to be a Soldier, and protect his tribe. But there were other tribes that seemed nice. Air-Tribe, Earth-Tribe and Fire-Tribe all seemed nice. Water-Tribe sounded terrifying, and Void-Tribe… Lisha and him had spent nights talking about tribes and they had both agreed Void-Tribe wasn’t so great.

“Well, Typhoon, I’m sure there’s a possibility we’ll go to the same Tribe. I only have five, sort of four, in my sights. But we’ll only find out at our Ceremony, right?”

He winced a bit at the mention of their Ceremony. After witnessing the last one, he wasn’t too sure how excited he was to go back. Seeing even a glimpse of Yvaine’s broken body… it had altered the young kit.

“We’ll visit as much as we can! It’ll be great.”

Giving a determined nod, he smiled.
