before the attack by czernobog, gossamer rarely visited the medical bay. now he was there every day, visiting legion, who still showed no signs of recovery. there wasn't much he could do but offer his company, and he would continue to do so until levi woke up. surprisingly he hadn't seen lorrin during his numerous visits. gossamer couldn't fathom how difficult this must have been for him. mercy and legion meant the world to one another. he must have been deliberately avoiding the room, doing whatever he could to distract himself from the very real possibility that levi might die. having spent so much time in the medical bay, gossamer knew where to find lorrin if he was on break. it was a happy circumstance that he caught the other just as he sat down. gossamer had brought them two coffees from the cafeteria and brought them over, setting them down. "hey! you look like you could use some caffeine." gossamer is all smiles as he sinks into the plastic chair opposite of lorrin. "y'know I'm here every day now and I haven't seen you once. you avoiding me?" he jokes, his eyes twinkling with the fondness he held for mercy.

A   snort   escaped   the   muscle   hunk's   lips   as   he   heard   the   other   man's   words.   Followed   by   a   curt   shake   of   his   head.   “More   like   it's   hot   as   balls   in   here.   Surprised   you   don't   feel   it,   princess.”   The   other   had   always   surprised   Scraplord.   He   didn't   give   off   agent   vibes.   Especially   not   a   front   line   fighter   vibes.   Gave   off   more   pillow   princess   vibes   if   he's   being   honest.   “Besides,   doubt   I   would   need   to   show   off   much   skin.”   He   smirks   as   he   allows   his   biceps   to   truly   flex   as   he   continued   working   on   the   car.   Giving   the   other   a   little   show   as   he   did   so.   Scraplord   may   not   be   on   the   field,   but   it's   clear   that   he's   no   stranger   to   the   gym   or   keeping   himself   fit.   Closing   the   hood,   he   turned   around   to   give   the   other   slightly   more   of   his   attention.   A   look   of   annoyance   flashing   on   his   face. 

“You're   truly   wasting   my   time   for   that?”   Still,   Mak   marched   over   it   and   took   a   look   at   it.   Stitch   not   far   away.   The   ai   drone   did   a   quick   scan. 

“Surface   level   fracture.   Internal   wiring   seems   mostly   fine.   Shouldn't   take   too   long   if   chosen   to   accept.”   The   robotic   voice   came   from   the   drone. 

“That's   true.   Still,   interupting   me   for…A   tablet?"   A   unamused   face   regarded   Glamour.   “That   eager   to   get   to   your   porn   sites,   huh?”

princess? glamour resists the urge to reprimand mak, instead swallowing down a pointed retort. having the other refer to him as such wasn't exactly unpleasant. in another context it would have driven him crazy. "it's warm in here. I don't know how you manage." already his white polo was hugging his body like a second skin, showing off the heft of his tits and his tight stomach. glamour was nearly as big as mac, and had no markings as a frontline fighter. he had always preferred being sneaky, but his power didn't lend itself to stealth. glamour enjoyed serving as a tank for his fellow agents. up close his enemies could see just how beautiful he was in his diamond form before being stomped beneath his heel. "wasting your time?" glamour's upper lip sparks over his teeth, "is this not what you're here for?" the man hisses, obviously annoyed by mac's flippant attitude. 

"No. I've got shows to watch." Glamour scowls, arms crossing over his buxom chest. "I don't know what it would take for you to move this job up to the tip top of the list, but I would appreciate it." He softens, hands moving so he can stand with them on his hips. "You look like you've had a rough day. I know of a few things I can do to help relieve some stress." He offers, winking at Mac. Glamour was no good at tinkering with stuff, but he was good at handling big tools and the men attached to them.

“Touch   anything,   and   me   and   Stitch   will   gun   you   down.”   Mak's   eyes   didn't   waver   from   the   vehicle   he   was   working   on.   Stitch,   Mak's   handmade   little   AI   drone,   hums   around   the   room.   Constantly   scanning   the   vehicle   for   updates   and   suggestions   for   enhancements   as   Mak   did   the   work.   Mak   was   in   his   section   of   the   vehicles   and   weapons   engineering   lab   that   he   had   nicknamed   the   ‘Chop   Shop’   trying   to   do   some   repairs   and   improvements   on   some   of   the   vehicles.   Makoa   had   heard   the   door   opening,   but   didn't   turn   to   see   who   it   was.   His   jumpsuit   was   unzipped   to   his   stomach,   the   deep   cut   showing   glimpses   of   his   sun-kissed   skin.   A   handgun   strapped   to   his   waist.   After   the   invasion,   after   all,   it   never   hurts   to   always   be   prepared   to   defend   yourself. 

“Let   me   guess?   Broke   something   because   you   were   being   careless   and   need   Daddy   Scrap   to   fix   it?”   Mak's   tone   was   somehow   both   teasing   and   annoyed.   As   if   he's   had   this   same   exact   conversation   like   twelve   times   in   just   today.

"wouldn't dream of it." glamour wasn't there to socialize. his tablet had gotten destroyed in the invasion, and he needed it to watch k-dramas. amidst the machinery, grime, and filth of the workshop, glamour stuck out like a sore thumb. he wore a tight-fitting white polo and snug plaid chinos that hugged his shapely bottom half. mak had the benefit of being insanely attractive, which made his attitude tolerable to glamour. he dealt with far worse with far uglier men. glamour follows the sight of sun-kissed skin peaking through an almost unzipped jumpsuit. "showing a little skin for me, hm?" glamour admires the man openly, his eyes tracing over the exposed muscle before setting on that handsome face. he rolls his eyes, "please. I treat all of myself with the utmost respect. when I found it, it was broken. I'm assuming it happened during the invasion." glamour offers the tablet to the man, showing that it had a serious crack running down the middle. "I can probably watch it just fine, but that crack is such an eyesore. won't you fix it for me?"

"Common misconception. I have a general contempt for everyone. What is an Inu-Ya-Sha?" Except for the exceptions which were few and far between and started with his Mother and ended- well. He wasn't sure anymore and perhaps that scared him. But the realization that Gossamer was just a worse version of him made him really feel bad for him. Max went inside when he was offered shutting the door behind him and looked around. Gossamer was a killer, Max was a thief. Max They were only shifted slightly from the same reality. Max was sure there was some twink slightly less bitter than him in Atlantis he had traumatized who did in fact hate him. Though he couldn't say he hated Gossamer anymore, not with honesty. The guy still scared the shit out of him though.

"I figured you weren't eating. You all are so irresponsible like that. You should eat while it's hot." Max had made a grilled cheese, expertly if he was to say so himself. Along with a thermos of soup he had spent hours simmering. Chicken noodle. It was a safe bet and he could make enough to feed all the agents who kept forgetting to eat.

"Um are...are you ok?" he asked stepping closer. "Like if you want to be not ok...I won't tell anyone. Or like. Judge you. Might make me think you're more human even."

"Seriously? Inuyasha is one of the great classics.." Perry furrows his brow. Flux was way younger than him, and terribly uncultured if he didn't even know Inuyasha. They must not have had cable in whatever fancy chateau he and Glamour came from. Probably too busy stealing. "I'm gonna make it my mission to educate you. I'm gonna turn you into an anime aficionado by the time I'm through." Gossamer held no ill will toward Flux. In fact, it was strange to think that one of his targets was still alive. He was thorough, and had never left anybody alive when they had a price on their head. "I'm not depressed." Perry replies quickly, furrowing his brow. "I'm fucking sad. But not so sad that I can't do anything. There's stuff to do, and I can't slack off just because -- " His throat goes tight, and he has to ignore the welling in his eyes. "I'm definitely not okay. But I will be." Gossamer had never been through something like this. He was used to hurting people's loved ones, and now that the shoe was on the other foot? He didn't like it at all. Gossamer fixes a glare at Flux, "What're you getting at? You come down here just to see me at my lowest?"

task 01 : the greener gas

gossamer: gossamer never really had a chance. his parents always intended on turning him into an assassin, making it impossible for him to ever live a normal life. but after living in pandora, developing genuine friendships and relationships, he catches himself wishing he had a normal childhood with normal parents that didn't murder people for a living. perry pictures himself with a mundane job, with a boyfriend ( you know who ), and savoring every moment of it.

glamour: glamour lived a comfortable life before pandora. he was an acclaimed thief, with stolen riches and treasures from all over the globe. returning to that life would be ideal, but he would make one change: having max from the very beginning. he missed so much of his son's life, that if he did have a second chance to do everything over again, he would raise the boy from the very beginning.

fangs: he was a cage fighter once upon a time. fangs would return to that life, earning his keep with his fists. he'd earn enough to support his entire family, graduating from cage fighting to professional boxing. he lives for the fame and glory, and thrives in the ring. his picture of an ideal life isn't too complicated. with money, fame, and plenty of men to share a bed with, he'd be happy. sanctuary: would still be a doctor. his mother was one, and his grandmother was one before him. there isn't any other way he would envision his life. only, maybe, in this ideal scenario he would have a husband. somebody he could talk to during the day, to rub his feet after particularly grueling days in the hospital. sanctuary is a simple man with simple needs.

“ you can relax when you go to bed. bloodborn and i have very strict rules about the common area. sleeping on the couch is not allowed. i can't let you do that, buddy. ” the rule wasn't real, but it was something sanctuary wouldn't argue against. killshot lowered his hand to the medic’s arm and gave it a firm squeeze. “ up, big boy. you don't want to see me trying to carry you. i’m still not one hundred percent from the invasion. ”

getting knocked out of combat was tough, but it was his pride that suffered more than his body. he was a lucky bastard, walking out of the fight with the big bosses with no serious injuries. but if overselling his pain could get him what he wanted, he had no problem doing it. 

killshot could count the number of friends he had in atlantis in one hand. real friends. not casual hook-ups or occasional teammates in missions. sanctuary was one of those friends he cherished. he didn't care if the other agents needed medical help. all that mattered to him was sanctuary’s well-being. 

“ up! before i grab the dart gun. ” a few more pats on his arms before he got up from the couch and stood in front of sanctuary with both hands on his hips. “ i will start counting… ”

he was fighting a losing battle, and he knew it. killshot was going to keep insisting that he get up and go to bed until the sun came up. if they were aware of the passage of time, that is. sanctuary was discomforted by the fact that he couldn't feel the sun on his skin regularly. "I would love to see you try." he teases, willing to do anything for killshot to wrap his arms around him. sanctuary resists the urge to shake his head. no. they weren't allowed to have meaningful relationships with each other. it was far too risky. "I'm getting up! ugh. you're a pain in the fuckin' ass." sanctuary groans as he moves to stand. he's a little taller than killshot, something that pleases him greatly. "you aren't allowed to sleep on the couch if I take your bed. got it?" he says as if he had any say around here. once they were in killshots room he moved to sit on the edge of the bed. he pats the spot beside him for killshot to join him. "thank you. I really do appreciate this.." he places a hand on the man's knee, giving it a gentle squeeze. "I didn't even have to ask you to crash here. you just offered. and that's really touching, man."

Max was finding himself uncharacteristically kind after the last incident at Atlantis. The shock of possibly losing his mom, the trauma of pounding a man's head into mince meat. All of it adding to the story that made the boy the way he ones. And one of those chapters was the very complicated way he felt about Gossamer. He was scared of the other male, and sometimes he was in his nightmares. But he was technically the other person besides his mother he had known the longest in Atlantis. \

Right now though he just- felt bad for him. It wasn't like he had a real childhood, anyone would be fucked up like that. And he got his revenge only for it to be tainted by Legion getting thoroughly fucked up. Max didn't have a boyfriend but he could only assume the feeling was close to what it would be if something like that happened to his Mom.

Steeling himself he took a deep breath and knocked on the door, it was a quiet knock, barely audible but he was sure the assassin would hear it. Clutched in Max's hands was food, carefully made and packaged for him to give to Gossamer. Max was constantly eating, he loved food, food was not just enjoyable but it was life, and it seemed like a lot of agents forgot to eat.

"Hey um. Gossamer I brought you something to eat."

Nothing had felt right since Czernobog had attacked. So many of them had died, and even more had been left injured. There was a stillness in the air, as if everybody was waiting for the other shoe to drop. Gossamer was, quite frankly, tired of it. They should have been celebrating! Dragunov and Zherdev were dead, leaving Czernobog without two of its generals. Gossamer had killed Dragunov himself, beating the man to a pulp in one on one combat. He had torn out the man's throat with his teeth, and had drenched himself in his blood. Finally, after years of yearning, he had avenged his parents. Something Dragunov said moments before his death, did haunt him, but Gossamer didn't know what to make of it. The man could have just been trying to get into his head. Perry couldn't dwell on it. Not when Legion was in a coma, and there was a possibility he would never wake from it. Gossamer had gone to visit him every day since, pulling up a plastic chair so he could spend an hour or two with him. Perry could already imagine Levi telling him not to worry, and he wished he could actually hear him say it. When he hears a knock at his door, Perry glances away from his television and pauses the anime he had been watching. He moves toward the door, opening it to find Flux there. Max was the absolute last person he had ever expected to see. Gossamer glances between the bag, and then up at the boy offering it. "Why?" He doesn't wait for Flux to answer before taking the bag and stepping inside. "I thought you hated me. But I'm not gonna say no to free food." Gossamer sets the gift down on the small table in his room, before turning back toward Flux. "--Did you wanna join me? I'm watching Inuyasha."

🎃 - There was a moment of pause that carried the weight of his thoughts. No time to react or respond. A breathy huff escaped him as the hoisted hug squeezed every bit of voluntary air from his lung. He wheezed as he tried to take a breath but the shallow inhale failed. Incoherent noises escaped him as he groaned in protest, finally being put down. Times like this? He'd be reminded of his friend's true strength. He doubled over for a split second as if trying to rewind the last few moments that slipped through his control. "Okay." He puffed cheeks, exhaling heavily. Hands to knees. "Warn me before you pick me up. I don't like it." Words were one take, almost running into one another. He questioned why he wouldn't be okay? Was there a hit on him? Was Czernobog seeking to put the tinkerer on their next strike hit? In some way, he wasn't the reason for their infiltration, was he? So many questions flooded his mind and he simply answered himself with a resounding 'no' through his internal dialogue. He coached himself down swiftly enough to shake his head. "I'm fine. Same condition I was left in before you all were put into action. In fact, I should be--," Goblin paused. His eyes rinsed over the man's physicality and the picture was painted. He didn't understand why he was the priority when Gossamer's own condition should've taken the forefront. He squinted. Scowled, even. The nonverbal motif was enough to tell Gossamer that his current status was of grave concern. "You stress me out." He groaned. The tools were placed into his sling and he'd toss it over his shoulder. "You need to be in the medbay." He gestured for him to follow along. "Let's go."

"-Sorry. I didn't mean to spook you like that." Gossamer makes a face. He sometimes forgot his own strength, and had been so excited to see Goblin in one piece that he hadn't been careful. "Next time I'll definitely warn you, okay?" He would have liked to take Goblin swinging through some foreign city sometime. Though he didn't know if his best friend would care for being up that high with only the safety of one of Gossamer's arms around him. He would test the waters in the simulation room when everything was settled. It would be fun to swing around a simulated city with Goblin tucked against him. He would plop them down on the edge of a fabricated skyscraper, and eat lunch with him. Beneath them a fake city would stretch for miles, allowing them to pretend to be somewhere else entirely. Gossamer opens his mouth to protest, but Goblin cuts him off. He did look like crap. It was a wonder he hadn't passed out due to his injuries. Dragunov had managed to knock him out, but pure rage had propelled him up and onto his feet. "I'm fine! It's just a few cuts and bruises." There was a particularly nasty ache in his side where a bruise the color of a plum had blossomed. A broken rib, perhaps? He hadn't considered it until now. Perry had been so focused on fighting that he had ignored all of his injuries, and zeroed in on Dragunov. "Goblin! Seriously. You don't need to worry about me. I'm fine. I got knocked out once, but I feel great!" He insists, catching Goblin by his wrists. "Could an injured person do this?" Gossamer shoots a line of webbing up onto the ceiling of the hallway, and flips so he is now hanging upside down. He caught the line of webbing between his feet, and looks positively smug. "See?" Perry winces as pain shoots through his side. "Perfectly fine."

“look at me,” the marksman placed a firm hand on sanctuary’s shoulder and followed his gaze. “you’ve been amazing. the worst is over. take a break. you earned it.”

killshot was not the most sympathetic guy in the world, he’d be the first to admit. when he saw all the injured agents, the first thought on his mind was “damn, it could've been me” instead of “i hope they get better soon”. he didn't waste energy worrying about strangers, but it was a whole different story when it came to his friends. for anyone he actually took the time to get to know, killshot was an extremely protective and caring person.

sanctuary was a genuinely good guy. someone who brings out the best in everyone and puts others first. for once, ricky wanted him to shut up and let someone else do something for him. even after his apartment blew up, sanctuary still tried to fight the archer over sleeping arrangements. the one time he tries to be selfless.

“i will dart your ass with a tranquilizer and carry you to bed if i have to.” he threatened. and knowing killshot, he wasn't bluffing. 

the couch wasn't bad. killshot had crashed there more than a few times himself. but the argument wasn't about the couch. it was about what sanctuary deserved. he sat beside him, slipping an arm around his shoulders, inviting him to rest his head against him.

“it’s okay to feel tired, you know?”

there was still so much to do. even now in the comfort of killshot's room, he was worried about every single one of their men. he had discharged gossamer with nothing but a few more cuts and bruises. men like legion hadn't been so lucky. his injuries had been so dire that it put him in a coma. sanctuary took comfort in the fact that he had found gossamer sleeping in a chair beside legion's hospital bed while doing his final rounds. he had done the spider a favor and covered him with a blanket before shutting the door behind him. it warmed his heart to see agents getting along in such a manner. in the depths of the ocean they only had each other, and killshot was a reminder of that. he didn't have to offer his apartment to sanctuary, but he had done so without hesitation. his eyes follow the hand planted firmly on his shoulder and up killshot's wrist before settling on his face. "cut me some slack. I'm trying to relax here." he would have already been asleep if killshot hadn't been so insistent on offering his bed to the angel.

killshot easily disarms sanctuary who melts against him. his eyes flutter shut as he allows himself to unwind. tension and anxiety ease out of his muscles as he tosses an arm around killshot, and rests his head on his shoulder. "you're not allowed to threaten me. I'm a doctor." sanctuary mumbles, now very aware of just how tired he was. fatigue had settled into his bones, making everything feel heavy. "I'll sleep for a few more hours. then I have to go back. our men need me." killshot would insist that he get a full eight hours, or something like that. but sanctuary could manage a whole shift on just a few hours of sleep.

Max collapsed into Glamour's arms without thinking tears steaming down his face as he curled into his mom and held on tight with all his might. Sobbing. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry I was so scared. I thought I was going to lose you. I just wanted him to be dead for hurting you." he cried his grip tight, not wanting to let Glamour go. Max cried and cried until there wasn't anything left to cry.

Hiccupping and his head aching he rubbed his eyes and wiped blood from his cheeks. Eyes cast to the body of Mesmer on the ground. Angry rose up in him again before exhaustion quashed it again. "I'd never let something bad happen to you Mom. Not if I could help it." Max leaned back into Glamour and hugged his mom again, not quite ready to let go. "I love you Mom."

"You're never going to lose me." Glamour insists with a smile. It was a ghost of a promise. Nothing was certain while they both worked for Pandora. But for now, Sebastian would comfort his son and provide comfort that only a mother could provide. "You did great." He wrinkles his nose at the sight of the gore and viscera that had once been Mesmer. "I love you too, honey." Glamour squeezes Flux tight, willing the boy to feel just how much he adored him. There was so much he could have dwelled on, but he refused. He could have killed his own son. The thought nearly made Glamour sick. Glamour cups Flux's cheeks, smooshing them before he kisses the boy's forehead. "This isn't over yet. We have to help these men. Get them out of here before they wake up from Mesmer's control, and realize you..accidentally killed some of their own." They could hopefully be revived by their cloning laboratory.

@pandorasparasite an angel's respite ft killshot & sanctuary

for the first time in what felt like days, sanctuary sat down. ever since czernobog attacked atlantis, he had been on his feet or soaring through the halls. he had done what he could for the injured, and had fussed over every single one of his patients with meticulous care. it had been killshot to urge him to take a break. there were other doctors, and the androids could tend to the needy. sanctuary insisted that he would ben fine on the couch, and he was adamant about it. he was a guest in killshot's apartment, he would be more than happy on the couch. after his own apartment had been destroyed, sanctuary had little choice. "thank you again. I don't know where I would have crashed if it wasn't for you." he relaxes against the couch, eyes shut, bare legs stretched out in front of him.

[   oliver stark,  sexuality,  gender  +  he/him   ]  elias eriksson  is  a  lawful good agent  of  pandora  selected  for  their tenure as a combat medic in war-torn countries, serving both civilian and soldier alike with meticulous care but  did  not  undergo  or  complete  the  mutation  process.  to  the  rest  of  the  world,  the  thirty-three  year  old  originally  from  helsingborg  is  deceased  or  missing.  however,  in  atlantis,  they  are  now  known  as  sanctuary  of faith  division  after  proving  their mastery in the healing arts. their time as a combat medic has made them capable of accompanying agents onto the field to provide support. sanctuary has taken this one step further after having a special suit and staff created for him to further support the deadly sins.  the  agent  has  been  with  pandora  for  nine years  and  is  trusted  for  being  nurturing  &  stalwart,  but  once  reprimanded  for  being over-bearing  &  stubborn

elias knew he would be a doctor since he was a child. his mother was a nurse, and her mother before her. taking care of others was in his blood. so it was no big surprise when elias preferred to play doctor with his toys instead of playing outside like other boys. this contrasted greatly to his father's ideals who wanted elias to pursuit sports and other manly activities. so elias was forced to participate, embittering the boy who had no other choice. elias was alright at sports, but medicine was his true passion. growing up he stretched himself thin between studying for college courses while still in high school, and actively participating in a multitude of sports. by the time elias graduated he had several scholarships lined up and a job as an emt. for the first time in his life he was free to pursuit his dreams of becoming a doctor, and he couldn't be happier.

work as an emt and school left little time for elias to do much of anything. it wasn't uncommon for elias to go days without sleeping, much to the dismay of his colleagues. dedicated, and stalwart in his resolve, elias graduated from medical school and jumped right into the field. only he wasn't satisfied with hankering down in a hospital and tending to patients suffering from the common cold. no. elias wanted to help people where they needed it most. so he enlisted with a medical organization that offered aid to war-torn countries. elias was on the frontline of many battles, rushing to the injured and patching them up. in his tenure on the field he even learned how to wield a firearm, but is a staunch pacifist through and through.

it was his bravery that earned him the recognition of pandora, who reached out with an offer. having seen the worse of humanity, elias could help make the world a better place through pandora. he would miss his parents, but they had always known that one day elias might not come home. so he vanished, allowing sanctuary to emerge within the halls of atlantis. possessing no special powers of his own, sanctuary worked with pandora scientists to develop a seraphim suit. equipped with wings and a propulsion system, this suit allows sanctuary to fly across the battlefield and offer aid to agents in need. equipped with the staff of hermes, he can even sustain men on the field in the thick of battle.

ziggy had been off during the attack, never one to be on high alert until czernobog attacked, destroying everything in their wake. during the attack on his own quarters, ziggy had been caught off guard as he haphazardly gathered items in his room, valuables that any other person in their right mind would've told him to drop and fight. he didn't, he couldn't. blow after blow he clung onto the items, dashing towards the first person he could spot and handing them off before sending them off with a warning to not damage any of the contents inside. it didn't take long to ignite that fit of rage that was always peeking from the inside. and as the dust settled over their battle, he walked around knowing his room was no more as it had all collapsed behind him as he ran.

as he sauntered back to what was once his room, the sight of perry made his breath catch in his throat. "perry, you okay?" he asked coming up next to the man's side with a pillow case full of every game and every other little thing perry had once given ziggy or left behind in his room. "I got all your stuff out safely, here," he mumbled, before noticing the blood on his friend's costume and his eye widened, the one that wasn't swollen shut. his hands raced to see where his friend could be injured, but he was no doctor. the sound of ziggy's voice forces perry up and off of the floor. where he had been in a crumpled heap seconds before, he was now up and on his feet. For a moment there was nothing for Max but a tearing sense of loss in the pit of his stomach, there was nothing but emptiness at thew ay his mom stared back at him without recognition. Even the hand at his throat didn't hurt like it did to not be stared at with all that warm affection he was so used to. "Mom. Like bullets they began to crash into Mesmer one after the other, each one cutting clean through leaving a hole in the man, no larger than the diameter of a marble. Mesmer was having a difficult time forcing Glamour to heel while also controlling several other men. Having already sustained injuries from his fight with Glamour, the man was faltering. Glamour scoops the boy up beneath his arms, expecting resistance. "Baby, It's okay. I'm here." Glamour peels Flux off of the bloody remnants of Mesmer before pulling him into a deep hug. He recoils the moment blood touches his bare flesh, sending a shiver down his spine. Glamour couldn't lecture Flux on being so careless with the lives of innocents, not when it freed him from the grasp of that creep. Those men had signed their lives away to Pandora and knew the risks. "I think you got him, Max." Glamour smooths over errant curls, before allowing Flux to slip from his grasp and back onto his two feet. "Thank you." His throat goes tight as he reaches toward Flux, placing a hand on his shoulder. "If you hadn't been here I don't know what I would have done."
