So the old mod was bored of drawing ponies and decided to give her blogs away. Iāve always really liked the colors of this character, so i thought itād be fun if my and my best friend ran filly blogs together, that way these two blogs would not go to waste and be taken down. I mostly wanted to run candy heart because my other ask blogs are a fully mature male unicorn and earth pony, so i figured running a female,Pegasus blog would be a fun change.
Iāll admit this blog was pretty popular for the time span it was open (around a month and already 900+ followers ?) and i donāt take any credit for that! It was all thanks to the past mod that this blog got pretty big so quickly. But my ask-kellicpony blog is pretty popular too? Almost 3 thousand followers, i know thats not super star famous but thats still a lot of people watching a single blog. Iād understand you thinking that if i was an unknown blog thirsty to be known, but i was already somewhat well known on my past blog. Itād make no sense for me to seek popularity in a blog newer and smaller than mine.Ā
Iāve already explained hereĀ why i want to change the name, in turn, changing the URL. The theme is just too mature for a young girl. Sure the name isnāt, but the name ties into the match making theme because you cannot deny that it makes you in part, think of valentines day. So i figure if im changing her job, it wont hurt to change her name too because it ties into the old name. Im almost fully certain that Rina made that a rule so someone wouldnt steal the blog and change character or make it their mod blog to steal the followers. The character is staying the same, so that shouldnt really be a problem?:0
If deleting the old posts bother you, it was never a rule that i couldnāt delete them. You can still see those posts on my fanart blog reallyradhorseart , so theyre gone but not forgotten. The reason i deleted them was to avoid confusion. With a new look and a new name, if i was fortunate enough to get fanart Iād like them to use the most current reference.Ā
Im guessing by saying I broke all the rules, youāre referring to the fact that i changed the character too. Iādhatetobethatperson, but candy heart is a pink copy of one of my best friendās ponies, askbubblepop .I didnt notice that til i got the blog.I dont really know how your friendships work, but if the appearance of one of my characters matches one of my friends and makes her uncomfortable, then Iām gonna alter it ! I honestly didnt change much, but just enough so that she was her own character.
Iām not upset at Riina, I just simply changed the design a bit because I didnt want a pink bubblepop :0 This isnt meant to be a call out post/// I apologize if it sounds like that. But i just wanted to point out WHY i changed the oc when i was told not to.
UHUHUH thats pretty much all i have to say??? Come off anon if it bothers you so much??? Rina gave me the blog and with it, the character. Candy is mine now, and ive grown attached to her so iād like to make her feel like mine, too. If it bothers you that much, tumblr has a nifty feature, it looks like thisĀ
