Coming Back/Addressing Problems

Hey everyone. Long time, no see. I'm sure people have known this blog to be long dead... but I intend change that. I'll be doing some maintenance on the blog, including a proper intro post, redacting some posts (for good reason), and creating a proper origin for my little wanderer.

As for the problems, I think many are familiar with Yandere Simulator, and it's... problematic developer. If you're unfamiliar, the dev was revealed to be a groomer and I no longer support his actions. Or his property. As such, Yan-Delta will halted and most likely hidden. The tag will remain, but... I don't wish to be associated with that crator anymore.

We'll also be posting our redesign of Chara very soon! I hope those who are still here are as excited as I am to revive this blog!

(Hey! I don't know if you'd want to Rp with an Undertale-based blog, but if you would want to, that be awesome! I have to send this in with my main blog, though.) A slice appeared in the air and a girl stepped through. She was around 14, it seemed. Yet, her demeanor was of someone much older. She wore a purple cloak and a green and yellow sweater, with brown shoes, pants and hair. Her hair was cut short and neat. She looked around. "Hello? Anyone here?"

A ways away from where the girl appeared, an already ink-covered Henry stands clutching to his axe to his chest. He’s wide-eyed, startled by the sudden appearance of another person, let alone a child! Hoping not to startle her, he calls out, “Hey! Hey, you should be here, it isn’t safe!” He jogs towards her. “How did you do that?! You really can’t be here!”

Henry takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly. “That… was Alice Angel… I can only guess that… she was a cartoon gone wrong, she doesn’t exactly look like a perfect Alice…” His voice had dropped to a whisper, as if he’s afraid of her overhearing. “To be honest with you… I don’t think she’s really going to let me leave when she’s done with me. But I don’t really have another choice, or another idea. We’re pretty far underground right now, and I don’t think there’s a lift that goes all the way up to the ground floor from here. As much as I hate to, I’ve got to put some kind of faith in her here…” His brows crinkled together, Henry begins to move down the hall again, searching for a last Bendy cutout.

Delta follows, letting out a groan. “Jeez…. Alice Angel? It seems you guys take after my dad in the bad names department… Guess she isn’t very angelic? It’s obvious she ‘fell down’.” Delta grinned at the poor joke

The Souls aren’t happy either. With Alice and Delta’s little dark joke.

Delta spotted the last Bendy cutout and walked up to it. “This was your cartoon creation? It’s creepy with that smile and its eyes. No offense.” 

She made a knife with magic and destroyed it with one slash.

Henry shakes his head slightly. “They’re cartoon characters, they’re supposed to have silly names. This Alice, though? Really not so angelic. She was meant to be a sort of fallen angel, that’s how she was designed. Things… seemed to have gone off the rails since I left. And in any case, this design is over thirty years old now, all cartoons used to look like that. Times have changed.”

He watches Delta destroy the last cutout for him, then Alice comes back over the loudspeaker. “Ah, now that was fun! Oh, but I forgot to mention… he hates it when I do that. I would hide, if I were you.” 

Henry shoots Delta a glance. “That can’t be good…”

Delta sighed. “Nope......”

At that moment, ink started to bubble onto and drip from the walls. “Speak of the devil...... Ok. I have an idea.....”  

She saved again and grabbed Henry, heading to the nearest Station and putting Henry inside.

“Stay here. I will deal with ink boy. I’ll be right back. If I don’t come back, I’m either dead or dying.....but that’s nothing new to me.” She walked off to confront Bendy. (Sorry for such a late reply! I.....I just haven’t been feeling like me.... or like Delta, but I’m doing better now! And......Delta is gonna die.)

Delta suddenly being so close so suddenly forces the former animator back a few steps. He puts his hand up in front of him. “I hate to say I’ve never heard of any of that, you seem so passionate about it! There aren’t exactly many colors we could get on film back then… or any special effects, really… I was already out of the business when those came around. In our rival company no less. Honestly, if I wasn’t still animating, I’m not even sure I would have known about your anime in the first place. How are there already so many? When did they come out? It had to have been recent.”

“There are hundreds of anime series’! Some are just shit and others are…… Wait….   That doesn’t make sense…. Unless….” 

Delta suddenly looked like she just realized something. “I…..am an idiot. A complete and utter idiot. Delta, you are a moron! Flowey was right! UGGHHH!”

She let out a huge sigh, realizing her mistake. This Universe….. it must be taking place in…..a different time period. Welp, it wouldn’t be the first time that happened. 

“I just realized….. This universe….. You guys must not know that much about anime yet, but where I come from….. It’s really popular. As you can tell, I’m a pretty big fan of it. However, I have a friend that is a bigger fan than me. She’s convinced that anime is real and that it’s actually recorded human history. 

……..

She was like that when I met her….I had nothing to do with that!” Delta smiled and chuckled. Anything to ease the tension. 

“Anyways….. It’s really good! Maybe I can hack into the Undernet from here on my phone and pull up a video…..” She started to look in her pants pockets for her phone, all the while hoping Henry had forgot about her part of the deal.

Maybe, if I’m lucky, he’ll forget about me telling him about myself and I can get out of that mess! I can always wish…

With all the new technology she’s talkimg about, Henry begins to find it hard to keep up with asking questions about it. What’s an Undernet? How would you get a phone wired all the way down here? He figures he can find out later. First he wanted to find out about her. “So… obviously you’re not from anywhere around here… where are you from? How’d you get here and what’s with that knife?”

“Hmm…. What?!” She suddenly looked like a deer caught in the headlights. 

“What…..are you talking about?”‘ She grinned cheesly, She was obviously trying to deflect or avoid the questions. 

Shit. He caught me….. I’m doomed….

“Hey, you said you’d tell me about yourself if I told you about me… Now spill the beans, we’re going to be stuck here a while. We may as well get to know each other, so now it’s your turn.” As he speaks, he rounds another corner and nearly runs directly into a Bendy cutout, which he quickly disposes of. Only one more of these things to go…

“Do I have-…” Suddenly an older, male, yellow ghost popped up in front of Delta, scaring the shit out of her before she can finish her sentence. She had also been following Henry when the ghost did that and had been walking through an ink puddle. 

She let out a scream, jumped several feet in the air, crash-landed backwards, slipped on the ink, and fell on her back in the ink puddle. She laid there for a minute, just blinking.

“I so badly wish I could kill you right now, Justice…”

Justice, the yellow ghost, smirked. “Serves ya right for tryin’ to NOT answer his question again…”

“…Fuck you, Justice. Fuck you.” She didn’t even seem that phased that she was now sitting in an ink pool, ink coating the backside of her hair and clothing. She groaned and stood up. Great Now I’m coated in ink. Just what I needed. Now me and Henry match! Ehh… Could have been worse, I guess. “Ok…. Ok! I yield! I don’t want to get jumpscared by another ghost!”

Justice snickers, trying not to laugh aloud.

“I hear you…. Idiot. Ok….. Well… Um….. Uh…..”

Beads of sweat roll down her face in her nervousness. 

“Uh…. the knife…. The knife! Yeah…. Ok. It’s actually, or was, a Worn Dagger. Given to me by my dad as a present. My brother gave me this the same day.”

She pulls out of hiding under her cloak a golden heart locket with the words, “Best Friends Forever” etched on the front. She smiles faintly, looking at the locket. Azzy… My best friend…. 

A memory flashes in of Flowey/Asriel being slashed to death by her and Frisk. Delta frowns and puts the locket back where it was. Focus…

“Back to the subject, it was meant for gardening use. Never thought of the day it would be a weapon. A Real Knife. As for how I can use it with my magic attacks or why it can glow…… That’s part of a bigger story that I’ll explain from the beginning. You deserve to get some answers.” 

She sighs. Delta knows that telling him about her past may make him hate her. However, if worse went to worse, she could always force a reload and erase any memory of this ever taking place. She grins and weakly chuckles before it fades to a depressed expression, revealing her fake happiness to be just a mask.

“I only ask for three things first. One promise, two questions. Please promise to hold back your judgment of me until the end. If after you hear everything you want to hate me… You can. I’ll understand. Anyone in their right mind would hate my guts if they knew my past… Even I would hate myself! How stained I am inside and on my conscience… How stained my hands are and how no matter how many times I die, I can never atone for my sins…” By this point, she was shaking and her voice audibly wobbled. 

“If want to judge me…. Please at least wait until after I explain everything? Can you promise me that?”

Tears pooled in the corners of her eyes. She was at this point afraid to even look at Henry, keeping her head tilted down.

Henry jumps when she reacts to something he can’t see, forcing himself to relax soon after. She sees ghosts, he remembers that, and there’s no sense in throwing his system into overdrive for nothing. Henry nods with her explaination, then considers the request. He carefully puts his arm around her shoulders, guiding her along to match his step as he continues onward. By thus point, he doesn’t mind the ink. “Delta, I can promise you this; I try not to judge anyone until I know their full story. And… if you need to… take your time telling me. I get it if it’s too much to put out there all at once.”

Delta looks surprised and smiles. She starts laughing, weakly.

 “Hahahahahahahha…..hahah…haha…haha…ha…” It seems she’s uses laughing as a coping mechanism. “Thanks…… Now, the questions. Do you believe even the worse person can change? That everyone can be a good person if they just try? 

Second one. If you had the power to do ANYTHING and the ability to undo it… without any consequences… What would you do? Would you help everyone, let them all have the happiest lives they could live? Or…Would you become curious about how far you could push your powers? Before everything broke?” 

She looked saddened as if someone had asked her these questions before and the answers she had weren’t good.

“Also, I’m sorry for scaring you with my…reaction. I didn’t expect to get scared myself.”

Henry stops walking, tilting his head as he considers the questions. “…You’re not scaring me at all, don’t worry. You know what…? I think people deserve a chance to change, if nothing else. I really believe if they can see their wrong, if they feel they could change, they deserve the chance to. It’s only fair. It’s only right. But… if I could do ANYTHING? Delta, I’ll be honest… don’t know what I’d do with that power. What I do know is… I wouldn’t push it. I’d be too afraid to. But… that’s me. Human nature is curiosity, so…” He trails off, his arm sliding off of Delta’s shoulders as he begins to walk.

“I’m glad you would give them a chance to change, but I wonder if I can change or is it too late?

And yes….I’m afraid you’re right. Human nature is curiosity. Me being here is proof of that…”

A crazed, psychotic girl stands in a pile of dust with some robes beside it. The girl is a small child, but her eyes are glowing bright red. A dusty toy knife is gripped in her hands. Dust covers the girl’s blue and pink striped sweater. Her cheeks are unnaturally pink tinted. She’s smiling creepily

“I wonder what she was talking about… Too bad Mom didn’t recognize me…

Are you hesitant, Frisk? I don’t know why. You’re the one who started this. I’m just following your lead. Let’s continue on.”

“Where are the knives?” “That comedian…” “The easiest enemy. He only has one attack and one defense. Keep attacking.

……

He can’t keep dodging forever.”

…….

“Let us erase this pointless world and move onto the next.”

“But, some of us aren’t given a choice on that matter….”

She held her hand out. A shining yellow star reappeared, invisible to Henry.

The thought of telling Henry the truth about her past filled her with Fear, but she stayed Determined. The star beamed brightly and her eyes glowed red briefly.

“Ok… I’ll stop dodging the point… I will warn you. This story is pretty long and very…depressing. I’m sorry…ahead of time.

It starts with when Monsters and Humans lived together in peace on the Surface. One day, humans discovered an ability of the monsters and became afraid. They declared war on all of monsterkind. The ability?

That monsters could absorb human SOULS and become powerful. Normally, monsters are weak. They have very little physical matter in their bodies. Instead, most of the body of a monster comprises of magic. 

It would only take a few minor, light blows to kill a monster. Their SOULS normally shatter immediately upon death. There would be no corpse remaining, as with their lack of physical matter…..they disintegrate into dust when they die.

It would take the SOULS of thousands of monsters to have enough power to equal one human SOUL. The “war” lasted three days.

It wasn’t a war. It was a massacre. Not a single human died and thousands of monsters were mercilessly dusted. The remaining monsters were forced into an underground cavern and sealed away by the humans with the Barrier. 

The Barrier was a wall of magic, keeping the monsters trapped Underground. Anything could enter, but nothing could leave. Not even humans.

It would take a monster-human fusion to breach the Barrier from within and it would take 7 human SOULS to destroy it.”

Henry’s mouth hangs slightly open as he listens, shocked by Delta’s story. As much as he hopes it isn’t true… that does sound like something humans would do. “Gosh, Delta, that’s… a lot to take in… Are those… spirits you talk to sometimes… are they monsters that passed away…? And… Your magic, it’s common where you’re from? Wait, does that make you a human or a monster…?”

Delta sighed. 

“No….. They aren’t monsters….. They’re humans. Six humans… Six children…. My dad…killed them… He wanted to free the Underground and wage war on humanity after what I did.” 

Delta forced a smile on her face. “As for my magic…. It’s only common among monsters. Humans forgot how to use magic a long time ago….and as for myself…”

She grinned and turned to look at Henry, tears rolling down her face. “I’m neither… I’m not a human….or a monster…. I don’t register as either. 

And it’s all my fault. If I hadn’t gone through with my stupid plan….. none of this would have happened.”

The Souls surrounded them. Kindness looked at Henry with a forlorn expression.

“I wish you could hear us… We could help explain everything so much easier….”

She calmly put her little ghostly hand on his shoulder.

“Oh, Delta…” In an attempt to help her calm down, Henry carefully pulls Delta in for a hug, rubbing her back. “Look… you don’t have to tell me anything else if it’s too hard for you… take it easy, okay…? I don’t know what happened, but… I can tell that deep down in your heart, you’re a good person. Maybe not everything was your fault.” He stays like that for a moment before a nearby loudspeaker crackles to life, the voice coming over it sounding almost like one layered over another.

“How touching…” It speaks sarcastically. “Don’t forget the task at hand, little errand boy. Normally I would think it rude for someone to interrupt our date, but this… well, that just means you can get my jobs done twice as quickly! Now get to it, errand boy, before you regret it.” The speaker clicks off then, leaving Henry startled.

Delta is surprised by the hug but accepts it.

“It’s ok..... This isn’t my first time I’ve told someone my past......but thank you...”

After hearing the loudspeaker, Delta is surprised and confused. What the hell was that? Who was that? The voice was female, but it sounded like a distorted audio clip.

Like Omega Flowey, when he stole the human souls. More than one person was obviously talking.......in a combined voice. Definitely not ”normal”.

Of course, does normal even exist here? And “errand boy”? So this was the “person” he mentioned before? Great... Seems she also had eyes everywhere....

Great.... I pissed off a bitch. Wonderful.....and this person sounded worse than a version of myself, gone genocide. Perfect. 

Welp. Too late to turn back now. I won’t give up now!

Those thoughs filled her with DETERMINATION. Her eyes once again glowed red briefly.

“Who was that? She’s the one you’re doing errands for to get out of here. I guess.... Who is she? Or should I say.....Who are they?”

Delta sounded a lot better than she had a few moments ago.

The Souls were fuming......well, mainly Bravery was fuming.

Henry jumps when she reacts to something he can’t see, forcing himself to relax soon after. She sees ghosts, he remembers that, and there’s no sense in throwing his system into overdrive for nothing. Henry nods with her explaination, then considers the request. He carefully puts his arm around her shoulders, guiding her along to match his step as he continues onward. By thus point, he doesn’t mind the ink. “Delta, I can promise you this; I try not to judge anyone until I know their full story. And… if you need to… take your time telling me. I get it if it’s too much to put out there all at once.”

Delta looks surprised and smiles. She starts laughing, weakly.

 “Hahahahahahahha…..hahah…haha…haha…ha…” It seems she’s uses laughing as a coping mechanism. “Thanks…… Now, the questions. Do you believe even the worse person can change? That everyone can be a good person if they just try? 

Second one. If you had the power to do ANYTHING and the ability to undo it… without any consequences… What would you do? Would you help everyone, let them all have the happiest lives they could live? Or…Would you become curious about how far you could push your powers? Before everything broke?” 

She looked saddened as if someone had asked her these questions before and the answers she had weren’t good.

“Also, I’m sorry for scaring you with my…reaction. I didn’t expect to get scared myself.”

Henry stops walking, tilting his head as he considers the questions. “…You’re not scaring me at all, don’t worry. You know what…? I think people deserve a chance to change, if nothing else. I really believe if they can see their wrong, if they feel they could change, they deserve the chance to. It’s only fair. It’s only right. But… if I could do ANYTHING? Delta, I’ll be honest… don’t know what I’d do with that power. What I do know is… I wouldn’t push it. I’d be too afraid to. But… that’s me. Human nature is curiosity, so…” He trails off, his arm sliding off of Delta’s shoulders as he begins to walk.

“I’m glad you would give them a chance to change, but I wonder if I can change or is it too late?

And yes….I’m afraid you’re right. Human nature is curiosity. Me being here is proof of that…”

A crazed, psychotic girl stands in a pile of dust with some robes beside it. The girl is a small child, but her eyes are glowing bright red. A dusty toy knife is gripped in her hands. Dust covers the girl’s blue and pink striped sweater. Her cheeks are unnaturally pink tinted. She’s smiling creepily

“I wonder what she was talking about… Too bad Mom didn’t recognize me…

Are you hesitant, Frisk? I don’t know why. You’re the one who started this. I’m just following your lead. Let’s continue on.”

“Where are the knives?” “That comedian…” “The easiest enemy. He only has one attack and one defense. Keep attacking.

He can’t keep dodging forever.”

“Let us erase this pointless world and move onto the next.”

She held her hand out. A shining yellow star reappeared, invisible to Henry.

The thought of telling Henry the truth about her past filled her with Fear, but she stayed Determined. The star beamed brightly and her eyes glowed red briefly.

“Ok… I’ll stop dodging the point… I will warn you. This story is pretty long and very…depressing. I’m sorry…ahead of time.

It starts with when Monsters and Humans lived together in peace on the Surface. One day, humans discovered an ability of the monsters and became afraid. They declared war on all of monsterkind. The ability?

That monsters could absorb human SOULS and become powerful. Normally, monsters are weak. They have very little physical matter in their bodies. Instead, most of the body of a monster comprises of magic. 

It would only take a few minor, light blows to kill a monster. Their SOULS normally shatter immediately upon death. There would be no corpse remaining, as with their lack of physical matter…..they disintegrate into dust when they die.

It would take the SOULS of thousands of monsters to have enough power to equal one human SOUL. The “war” lasted three days.

It wasn’t a war. It was a massacre. Not a single human died and thousands of monsters were mercilessly dusted. The remaining monsters were forced into an underground cavern and sealed away by the humans with the Barrier. 

The Barrier was a wall of magic, keeping the monsters trapped Underground. Anything could enter, but nothing could leave. Not even humans.

It would take a monster-human fusion to breach the Barrier from within and it would take 7 human SOULS to destroy it.”

Henry’s mouth hangs slightly open as he listens, shocked by Delta’s story. As much as he hopes it isn’t true… that does sound like something humans would do. “Gosh, Delta, that’s… a lot to take in… Are those… spirits you talk to sometimes… are they monsters that passed away…? And… Your magic, it’s common where you’re from? Wait, does that make you a human or a monster…?”

Delta sighed. 

“No..... They aren’t monsters..... They’re humans. Six humans... Six children.... My dad...killed them... He wanted to free the Underground and wage war on humanity after what I did.” 

Delta forced a smile on her face. “As for my magic.... It’s only common among monsters. Humans forgot how to use magic a long time ago....and as for myself...”

She grinned and turned to look at Henry, tears rolling down her face. “I’m neither... I’m not a human....or a monster.... I don’t register as either. 

And it’s all my fault. If I hadn’t gone through with my stupid plan..... none of this would have happened.”

The Souls surrounded them. Kindness looked at Henry with a forlorn expression.

“I wish you could hear us... We could help explain everything so much easier....”

She calmly put her little ghostly hand on his shoulder.

A slice appeared in the air and a girl stepped through. She was around 14, it seemed. Yet, her demeanor was of someone much older. She wore a purple cloak and a green and yellow sweater, with brown shoes, pants and hair. Her hair was cut short and neat. She looked around. "Hello? Anyone here?"

A ways away from where the girl appeared, an already ink-covered Henry stands clutching to his axe to his chest. He’s wide-eyed, startled by the sudden appearance of another person, let alone a child! Hoping not to startle her, he calls out, “Hey! Hey, you should be here, it isn’t safe!” He jogs towards her. “How did you do that?! You really can’t be here!”

Delta suddenly being so close so suddenly forces the former animator back a few steps. He puts his hand up in front of him. “I hate to say I’ve never heard of any of that, you seem so passionate about it! There aren’t exactly many colors we could get on film back then… or any special effects, really… I was already out of the business when those came around. In our rival company no less. Honestly, if I wasn’t still animating, I’m not even sure I would have known about your anime in the first place. How are there already so many? When did they come out? It had to have been recent.”

Delta suddenly looked like she just realized something. “I…..am an idiot. A complete and utter idiot. Delta, you are a moron! Flowey was right! UGGHHH!”

She let out a huge sigh, realizing her mistake. This Universe….. it must be taking place in…..a different time period. Welp, it wouldn’t be the first time that happened. 

“I just realized….. This universe….. You guys must not know that much about anime yet, but where I come from….. It’s really popular. As you can tell, I’m a pretty big fan of it. However, I have a friend that is a bigger fan than me. She’s convinced that anime is real and that it’s actually recorded human history.

She was like that when I met her….I had nothing to do with that!” Delta smiled and chuckled. Anything to ease the tension. 

“Anyways….. It’s really good! Maybe I can hack into the Undernet from here on my phone and pull up a video…..” She started to look in her pants pockets for her phone, all the while hoping Henry had forgot about her part of the deal.

Maybe, if I’m lucky, he’ll forget about me telling him about myself and I can get out of that mess! I can always wish…

With all the new technology she’s talkimg about, Henry begins to find it hard to keep up with asking questions about it. What’s an Undernet? How would you get a phone wired all the way down here? He figures he can find out later. First he wanted to find out about her. “So… obviously you’re not from anywhere around here… where are you from? How’d you get here and what’s with that knife?”

“Hmm…. What?!” She suddenly looked like a deer caught in the headlights. 

“What…..are you talking about?”‘ She grinned cheesly, She was obviously trying to deflect or avoid the questions. 

Shit. He caught me….. I’m doomed….

“Hey, you said you’d tell me about yourself if I told you about me… Now spill the beans, we’re going to be stuck here a while. We may as well get to know each other, so now it’s your turn.” As he speaks, he rounds another corner and nearly runs directly into a Bendy cutout, which he quickly disposes of. Only one more of these things to go…

“Do I have-…” Suddenly an older, male, yellow ghost popped up in front of Delta, scaring the shit out of her before she can finish her sentence. She had also been following Henry when the ghost did that and had been walking through an ink puddle. 

She let out a scream, jumped several feet in the air, crash-landed backwards, slipped on the ink, and fell on her back in the ink puddle. She laid there for a minute, just blinking.

“I so badly wish I could kill you right now, Justice…”

Justice, the yellow ghost, smirked. “Serves ya right for tryin’ to NOT answer his question again…”

“…Fuck you, Justice. Fuck you.” She didn’t even seem that phased that she was now sitting in an ink pool, ink coating the backside of her hair and clothing. She groaned and stood up. Great Now I’m coated in ink. Just what I needed. Now me and Henry match! Ehh… Could have been worse, I guess. “Ok…. Ok! I yield! I don’t want to get jumpscared by another ghost!”

Justice snickers, trying not to laugh aloud.

“I hear you…. Idiot. Ok….. Well… Um….. Uh…..”

Beads of sweat roll down her face in her nervousness. 

“Uh…. the knife…. The knife! Yeah…. Ok. It’s actually, or was, a Worn Dagger. Given to me by my dad as a present. My brother gave me this the same day.”

She pulls out of hiding under her cloak a golden heart locket with the words, “Best Friends Forever” etched on the front. She smiles faintly, looking at the locket. Azzy… My best friend…. 

A memory flashes in of Flowey/Asriel being slashed to death by her and Frisk. Delta frowns and puts the locket back where it was. Focus…

“Back to the subject, it was meant for gardening use. Never thought of the day it would be a weapon. A Real Knife. As for how I can use it with my magic attacks or why it can glow…… That’s part of a bigger story that I’ll explain from the beginning. You deserve to get some answers.” 

She sighs. Delta knows that telling him about her past may make him hate her. However, if worse went to worse, she could always force a reload and erase any memory of this ever taking place. She grins and weakly chuckles before it fades to a depressed expression, revealing her fake happiness to be just a mask.

“I only ask for three things first. One promise, two questions. Please promise to hold back your judgment of me until the end. If after you hear everything you want to hate me… You can. “Anyways….. It’s really good! Maybe I can hack into the Undernet from here on my phone and pull up a video…..” She started to look in her pants pockets for her phone, all the while hoping Henry had forgot about her part of the deal.

Maybe, if I’m lucky, he’ll forget about me telling him about myself and I can get out of that mess! I can always wish…

With all the new technology she’s talkimg about, Henry begins to find it hard to keep up with asking questions about it. What’s an Undernet? How would you get a phone wired all the way down here? He figures he can find out later. First he wanted to find out about her. “So… obviously you’re not from anywhere around here… where are you from? How’d you get here and what’s with that knife?”

“Hmm…. What?!” She suddenly looked like a deer caught in the headlights. 

“What…..are you talking about?”‘ She grinned cheesly, She was obviously trying to deflect or avoid the questions. 

Shit. He caught me….. I’m doomed….

“Hey, you said you’d tell me about yourself if I told you about me… Now spill the beans, we’re going to be stuck here a while. We may as well get to know each other, so now it’s your turn.” As he speaks, he rounds another corner and nearly runs directly into a Bendy cutout, which he quickly disposes of. Only one more of these things to go…

“Do I have-…” Suddenly an older, male, yellow ghost popped up in front of Delta, scaring the shit out of her before she can finish her sentence. She had also been following Henry when the ghost did that and had been walking through an ink puddle. 

She let out a scream, jumped several feet in the air, crash-landed backwards, slipped on the ink, and fell on her back in the ink puddle. She laid there for a minute, just blinking.

“I so badly wish I could kill you right now, Justice…”

Justice, the yellow ghost, smirked. “Serves ya right for tryin’ to NOT answer his question again…”

“…Fuck you, Justice. Fuck you.” She didn’t even seem that phased that she was now sitting in an ink pool, ink coating the backside of her hair and clothing. She groaned and stood up. Great Now I’m coated in ink. Just what I needed. Now me and Henry match! Ehh… Could have been worse, I guess. “Ok…. Ok! I yield! I don’t want to get jumpscared by another ghost!”

Justice snickers, trying not to laugh aloud.

“I hear you…. Idiot. Ok….. Well… Um….. Uh…..”

Beads of sweat roll down her face in her nervousness. 

“Uh…. the knife…. The knife! Yeah…. Ok. It’s actually, or was, a Worn Dagger. Given to me by my dad as a present. My brother gave me this the same day.”

She pulls out of hiding under her cloak a golden heart locket with the words, “Best Friends Forever” etched on the front. She smiles faintly, looking at the locket. Azzy… My best friend…. 

A memory flashes in of Flowey/Asriel being slashed to death by her and Frisk. Delta frowns and puts the locket back where it was. Focus…

“Back to the subject, it was meant for gardening use. Never thought of the day it would be a weapon. A Real Knife. As for how I can use it with my magic attacks or why it can glow…… That’s part of a bigger story that I’ll explain from the beginning. You deserve to get some answers.” 

She sighs. Delta knows that telling him about her past may make him hate her. However, if worse went to worse, she could always force a reload and erase any memory of this ever taking place. She grins and weakly chuckles before it fades to a depressed expression, revealing her fake happiness to be just a mask.

“I only ask for three things first. One promise, two questions. Please promise to hold back your judgment of me until the end. If after you hear everything you want to hate me… You can. I’ll understand. Anyone in their right mind would hate my guts if they knew my past… Even I would hate myself! How stained I am inside and on my conscience… How stained my hands are and how no matter how many times I die, I can never atone for my sins…” By this point, she was shaking and her voice audibly wobbled. 

“If want to judge me…. Please at least wait until after I explain everything? Can you promise me that?”

Tears pooled in the corners of her eyes. She was at this point afraid to even look at Henry, keeping her head tilted down.

A ways away from where the girl appeared, an already ink-covered Henry stands clutching to his axe to his chest. He’s wide-eyed, startled by the sudden appearance of another person, let alone a child! Hoping not to startle her, he calls out, “Hey! Hey, you should be here, it isn’t safe!” He jogs towards her. “How did you do that?! You really can’t be here!”

Delta suddenly being so close so suddenly forces the former animator back a few steps. He puts his hand up in front of him. “I hate to say I’ve never heard of any of that, you seem so passionate about it! There aren’t exactly many colors we could get on film back then… or any special effects, really… I was already out of the business when those came around. In our rival company no less. Honestly, if I wasn’t still animating, I’m not even sure I would have known about your anime in the first place. How are there already so many? When did they come out? It had to have been recent.”

Recent absence

Hey guys. You probably have noticed this blog’s lack of activity lately, except for roleplaying and reblogs. There’s a reason for that.

Today, I’ll be doing the first part of the HSE/GED test, doing the second part tomorrow. The results of this test will determine if I go to college or not. You’re probably wondering what this has to do with my absence. It has everything to do about it. 

I’ve been absent from this blog lately because of studying and prepration for the test. If you follow my main blog, @kingtigerstar , you probably noticed I was still active on there. The reason for that is that the prep for the test has been extremely stressful. Add that with the hype for the release of Chapter 4 of Bendy and the Ink Machine and you get a stressed girl relaxing with the only thing that is her main interest is (BATIM) and using that as better release than drawing Delta.

However, that doesn’t mean I’ve completely abandoned Delta. I’m actually working on a new comic and trying to find a way to create a MMD model of Delta. The only problem is finding the parts I need to make the model properly. I should have the comic out by the weekend. I’ll also be answering asks that have been pilling up in my inbox. I’m sorry that I went MIA, but it couldn’t be helped with the test. If all goes well, I should pass and be able to start making plans to move soon.

Delta looked confused. Very confused. Where in the name of the Underground was she?  Great… I enter a universe that’s…… I don’t even know what to call it! At least, I’m not dying upon entry! That’s good! It has to be better than landing in DustTale… “Uh… Hi to you too, pal.” Great…. He definitely saw the portal… Welp. That’s definitely fucked things up for me… I need to Save. But…. having a human here is going to make that difficult. I hope he doesn’t have that much determination…

“Why can’t I be here? Is there a genocidal demonic entity killing everyone around with…..” She looked at Henry a little closer. “Ink? Is that…? Is that ink on you? Well, guess that’s better than blood. Of course, anything is better than blood…..except maybe dust.”

She looks down with a faraway look, as if she’s remembering something not to pleasant…. Then she looks back up with a grin. “Aaah! That’s just a joke….and a bad one at that! Golly! I really forgot to introduce myself! I’m Delta! You?”

It seems that’s she trying ignore his warnings or fear…..and his questions.

Henry gives her a baffled look, shocked by how accurate she may have been about what’s been happening in the studio. “I’m Henry, but look, kid, you’re not wrong about the demonic stuff going on here, it’s-” While he’s speaking, a searcher jumps up from the floorboards, groaning. Henry doesn’t even hesitate slamming the blade of his axe through it, effectively destroying it and splattering more ink over himself. “It is NOT safe for you here, okay? I don’t know what you just did to get in here, but you need to do it to get back out!”

Delta growled. 

Damn! Look’s like I missed out on whatever party they were having! But no one….NO ONE ORDERS ME AROUND!

“Like hell, I’m leaving! Don’t you DARE order me around like I’m a little child! I just got here and I ain’t leaving with my tail between my legs!” 

Unknowingly to Henry, a yellow twinkling star appeared, visible only to her.

Her eyes flashed red as she was filled with Determination.

At that moment, another searcher popped up and Delta decided to attack it herself, pissed off and needing to blow some steam. She took a knife that was on her belt in plain view and both her eyes and the knife glowed red. She  slashed and destroyed the searcher with one hit and looked back at Henry, eyes still glowing, obviously ticked off.

“Convinced I’m not a defenseless little girl yet?”

Watching her fight off the searcher, Henry starts to feel terrified, gripping his axe even tighter. He backs up a few steps when she turns toward him. He hadn’t meant to upset her. “H-hey, relax… I was just… just worried, is all, obviously you can handle things yourself… I don’t want anyone else getting hurt down here, I wasn’t trying to… to order you around.” Despite his best efforts, his voice wavers, showing how nervous he is.

As Delta sees his reaction, she immediately realizes she went too far. 

He’s….scared of me…. No…… I didn’t mean….. I messed up AGAIN! I’m an idiot! 

He didn’t mean it…. Don’t you even see, Chara? He’s an innocent bystander here. Please…. Calm down! He doesn’t look like a dangerous person! He looks like….someone who’s been thrown in the crossfire and forced to fight to survive….and he hates it. 

Chara… He’s probably a Kindness soul… Calm down and lower your knife…

Delta’s knife faded back to normal and her eyes faded back to brown. She looked genuinely sorry and shocked and hurt. Her hands fell limp to her sides as her vision looked far away…. As if she wasn’t really seeing him, but something else. 

I’m a monster… I’m a horrible person… Godamnit! I should know how to act right and not freak out the first human I meet! Stop looking at me like that…. Please STOP! I feel guilty enough! I’m sorry! Please stop it! ……. You look like…. him…… Azzy…. My brother…. I…. Stop…

Her vision blurred as her mind flashbacked to the past.

“Chara…. Why? Why do we have to do this? I don’t like this plan anymore, Chara….”

“Azzy… Do you doubt me? I thought I could rely on you….”

“Y…you can! I just…. This feels wrong. Just six, right?”

“Just six. Everyone will be freed. Monsters will be saved.” 

“Ok…..”

“OH MY GOD! THAT MONSTER KILLED A HUMAN CHILD! KILL THE MONSTER! DESTROY IT! SOMEONE GET SOME WEAPONS! 

SHOOT IT! SHOOT IT!”

“HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! They’re all scared, Azzy! Let’s destroy THEM.

Let’s kill them all! They’ll all pay for their crimes!”

“WHAT?! You….. You lied! Chara! You said only six!”

“Open your eyes, Asriel! We’re DYING! If we don’t kill them all, we DIE! I don’t want to die again! I don’t want to die for nothing! Come on, Asriel…. FIGHT BACK! 

Don’t you see? This is what humanity is REALLY like. They don’t care. They’re mean. They’re vile! They only hurt and kill!”

“That’s wrong, Chara! You’re WRONG! After all…. you’re not like that and you’re human…. Not every human is bad…..cause you aren’t! Let’s go home. 

We can have some of mom’s pie…. Ok, Chara?”

I’m sorry….. I shouldn’t have dragged you into this….”

“It’s ok, Chara. Let’s just go home….”

Delta took a couple steps backwards, tears running down her face. 

“I…..I’m sorry…. I didn’t mean to….. I’m sorry. I’m not gonna hurt you, ok?”

Her voice became barely audible.

“Stop looking at me like that….. Please…..” 

She hid her face in her hands.

Henry swallows hard, his face suddenly shifting to a concerned expression. Slowly, stiffly, he lets the axe rest at his side, held with one hand. He shuffles forward slightly. “You… you just startled me, is all… I’m honestly just glad you aren’t trying to kill me, okay? That’s kinda rare for anything down here, and suddenly being thrown into this… it’s shocking, I know.” He shuffles forward a little more, trying to offer a smile. He hopes it’ll help calm her down. “Really though… we need to get someplace a little safer than this, those ink monsters are hardly the worst of it, and I don’t care what kind of… magic… that knife of yours is running on, I don’t think it’s a match for the real demon.“

She removes her face from her hands, looking…..depressed. A big sigh comes out, before she forces a smile on her face. Just laugh it off. Like always. She chuckles. 

“Well…. With all this ink around…. I guess you could say we’re in a sticky situation… Ehhh?” She grins, hoping he got the joke. “I know… that’s a terrible joke, but I try to be quite punny and humerus.” She grinned wider.

Henry looks surprised by the puns, then manages to crack a small smile. He hefts his weapon slightly. “Hey, I’ve got to axe you… is this really a time for puns?” He chuckles at his own joke for a moment, then gestures for Delta to follow him. “Here, come on. We should get moving. I saw an area up ahead that might be pretty safe. I’ll be honest… I used to work here and… this place wasn’t nearly half as big as it is now, so… I’m pretty lost…

Delta giggles at the joke and quickly replies,”I guess you have a point, but when is it not a good time for puns?” She followed him with a smile on her face.

“You know, for a human, you’re not too bad. You also don’t seem to have any LV, which is good. Most humans I meet are…. well…..they’re humans. Vile, cruel, mean, and generally assholes. Of course that sums up most of humanity in a nutshell….”

She listens as he explains he used to work there. “You worked in this dump? Man…. And here I thought monsters Underground had it bad! Damn…. That’s…..just….. Shit. I don’t have a word for that. I thought you guys on the Surface had more sense than that. What was the owner, a total idiot?”

As Delta speaks, Henry’s face falls. “Hey… please, show a little respect… I think people died here. It wasn’t like this when I worked here… When I… owned the place. Me and my, uh… parter… we got this place started… I don’t know what happened, but… that’s why I came back. I’m trying to find my partner, if he’s… still alive… Not all humans are bad, you know. He wasn’t by any stretch.” He’s quiet for a moment. “…What’s LV…?”

Delta frowns. “Sorry… I just have a bad history with humans….  A real bad one…..” Suddenly, her eyes glowed orange. “And I like shooting my big mouth off and not thinking about what I say before I say it, usually insulting a lot of people on my first try!” 

Delta blinked, looking very confused and her eyes return to normal. “’That…. That wasn’t me! I didn’t say that…..” She immediately looks around, getting very upset. “Bravery! You little shit! How dare you do that! I am not your…. Stop putting words in my mouth, literally! You oughta be glad your a ghost, or I’d wring your little neck for that stunt!”

Not visible to Henry, a little orange ghost floated beside Delta, laughing his head off. He thought this was just hilarious! “Serves you right! Hahahahahaha! You shouldn’t talk to me too long though… It makes you look like you’re crazy and talking to thin air! Hahahahahaha!” 

Delta growled and let out a string of…..garbled talking. It wasn’t gibberish, just incoherent to the untrained ear of WingDings language. And it was also obvious she was cursing……heavily. Heavily enough, she had chosen to make sure Henry couldn’t decipher what she was saying. After she blew off her anger, she breathed in and out deeply. 

Calm it… Can’t kill a ghost who’s also part of your Soul…. I will get him back for that, though….

“Sorry about that… I should have mentioned… I kinda have 6 ghosts who perpetually haunt me and like pulling little stunts like you just saw. Like taking control of my body and making me say stuff I didn’t say or do things I didn’t do, just to prank me…. And I can’t get rid of them, cause if I did… I’d die. It’s a win-lose situation…. So if I’m talking to thin air, I’m talking to one of them… Technically, their here right now, only you can’t see them. Only I and people or monsters with high levels of determination can see them. They really get annoying after a while, but their also really nice. When they want to be…. And again, I’m sorry. I do tend to speak and act before thinking.. Maybe we can find your partner. Surely he has to be somewhere around here!

…. And…..LV…. It means L.O.V.E, an acronym. It means Level of Violence. A way of measuring how much you’ve distanced yourself and how much you’ve hurt others. How much you’ve killed….

I hardly sense any LV on you, meaning you must have hardly hurt anyone at all. I can definitely can tell that by your expressions, reactions, and how you act. That’s good. 

High LV…….means you’ve hurt a lot of people. You don’t care about anything anymore. It hardly phases you…..to kill and hurt again. Eventually, you enjoy it.

……..I know what both sides feel like. Sadly enough…”

She looked down at her hands. A flashback flashes in of them, coated in white powder, with blood dripping off of her face. It isn’t hers. It dissipates and Delta closes her eyes.

Henry watches her have a conversation with nothing, but listens intently when she begins to explain again. He offers a small smile. “You know what? I’ve seen some really crazy things today. I’d just about believe everything you’re saying at this point, there are so many things going on that I don’t understand-” He looks like he’s going to keep speaking, but he freezes, his eyes going wide. He suddenly grabs Delta’s wrist and turns back the way they came, sprinting down the hall and dragging her with him. He only slows when they reach a small, confessional-like box, prying it open and pulling the girl inside with him. It’s a tight, uncomfortable spot, but it’s for the best. He’s shaking and breathing unevenly now, but he puts a finger to his lips, pleading for Delta to keep quiet. Just outside, black veins begin to creep across the walls, soon accompanied by wet, ragged breathing, and not long after that, the Little Devil Darling himself, limping past them painfully slow. Henry can hear his heart pounding in his ears and he has to bite his tongue to keep himself quiet too.

“Aahh! Watch out! I would prefer to NOT have my arm dislocated!”

As they go in the box, Delta is experiencing many levels of discomfort with this situation. “Uh…. Why are we in here?” She then peers through the slot and watches as Bendy walks by.

What the hell….? In the name of Asgore… What is that thing?!?! Is…. Are we hiding from a glorified ink blob? I can tell it’s pretty powerful….but it’s not really that strong compare to Sans. Or Undyne. Or even Dad….Asgore. Honestly…. I could probably wallop it. It’s not like I haven’t tangled with worse before….and if I died, I can just reload. This is….embarrassing. But….to guy like Henry, this is frightening. He isn’t a fighter, like I am. If there’s anything I can do….maybe I can get rid of this….thing.

She looks at Henry, unafraid and confused. “Can’t I just kill it? It’s only a glorified ink blob. Just like those other ink blobs!” Delta grinned. She knew not the meaning of fear.

The former animator shushes her softly, waiting until the inky veins on the walls have totally disappeared before opening the door to the box. “You… n-no, you can’t just… You can’t just kill him, he’s different than them… I…” He speaks as he climbs out, shaking his head. “It’s… hard to explain… I kind of owe it to him to… to fix this place…” He begins to make his way back down the hall. “I’m sorry I grabbed you like that, I just panicked. He’s… a lot stronger than he looks, I suppose… He almost caught me once and cut me up pretty good and that was just his claws… I’d hate to think what happens if you get closer to him…”

“Well, if you’re hinting that I might die….. That wouldn’t be the first time. It’s actually be around the 10,000th. Or maybe more…. I’ve lost track by now.

How about before we get any further, you clue me on what in the name of Asgore is going on? I’m obviously missing alot of what happened here and I prefer to not assume stuff. And I have plenty of time, because I’m not going anywhere. I’ll….even tell ya about me, so it’s a even trade of sorts. What do you say?” 

It definitely was obvious she wasn’t taking no for an answer. The look on her face was very determined.

Henry looks startled by the death comment, but figures… he would probably get an explanation on it later. “Alright, I’ll do my best to explain, but right now, I’m not even sure I understand what’s happening myself. So… this used to be an animation studio. We made cartoons, I made cartoons. Not just… on paper. We had this… machine… I still don’t know how it works… and it brought some of our cartoons to life, as real as you and me. And… one day, a long time ago, I left the place. That’s a story in itself I’d rather not get into right now, but… I guess while I was gone… Someone kind of lost it. Expanded the studio hundreds of feet below ground, built massive rooms with no real purpose… And right now… Right now, I’m practically running errands for one of the cartoons that got brought to life. Or, at least, I think so. She didn’t exist when I was here last, but he’s already threatened my life and I think she knows a way out, so… I have to do it. And I have to evade death while doing it. That’s about all I know.” He rounds a corner and spots a Bendy cutout not far from them, quickly smashing it with his axe.

Delta is hardly phased and thinks a moment before remarking, “That makes sense. After all, it wouldn’t be the first I heard of stuff being brought to life. In this case, it’s…….cartoons. I even met a living statue before…..and I hate his very being…. 

So, that also explains a bit about the ink blobs and…..cartoons walking around, including ink boy. I’m going to guess he was a former “normal” cartoon that got corrupted. I only have one question.”

She looks straight at him, very confused.

“What is a cartoon? Is it like anime?”

Henry looks back at her and blinks, surprised. “Anime…? Well, I guess it is… Anime is… it’s a cartoon, just from a different country and it’s pretty new here.” As they continue to move down the hall, he tries a few doors, all of them locked. “That big thing’s name is Bendy. I’ve been running from him for a while, and I’m not too sure what happened. He used to be so small and cute, he was sweet… I’m just trying my best to figure it out, you know? I… don’t know how much closer I am to getting out, though.”

Delta tilted her head to one side, very confused. “It’s......new here? But there’s loads of it in the Underground! Sailor Moon, Future Diary, School Days, Mew Mew Kissy Cutie 1 and 2, and Ace Attorney, just to name a few... Oh! I almost forgot Dragonball Z and Super, which Super sucks, and RWBY! RWBY was technically made on the human internet, but it still counts as anime!! There’s also Dangarompa and all the sequels......which was made because the games were very popular and the same for Ace Attorney and School Days..... But their still all AWESOME!!!!” 

It almost looks like she has stars in her eyes, worshipping her precious anime. Then she looked at Henry with fire in her eyes. Comparing mere black and white cartoons to glorious anime was a sin in her eyes.

“Obviously, by the looks of these cutouts, these.....cartoons are nothing compared to ANIME. Anime is amazing! The sharpness of the art style and designs! The amazing special effects!” 

Within a matter of seconds, she was inches away from his face, her expression intense and her voice very loud. “I thought as an animator you would have known this sort of thing!”

Hey, so…

I’ve never commented on this Net Neutrality thing publicly. This is… mostly because I’m not legally old enough to do anything about it. I can’t make calls that count or votes that will do anything because of it. Truth be told, I’m scared. I’m nervous about losing it, ok? I don’t want this to stop. It’s been a pretty great few months here, I met my best friend here, I only can talk to them online- I can only talk to you all online. 

But… If things go south… If things still don’t get fixed… The plug officially gets pulled tomorrow, the 23rd. I don’t want to admit that this is real, I don’t want it to happen, but… on the off chance it does… 

I love each and every one of you. I just hit 150 followers, I still don’t have a nickname for you all, but I love each of you. And if things just stop and the net goes dark, know that. Really. I don’t have anything more to say.

I.....I’m rebloging this here because.....It’s important to you guys too. I just started this blog last year and I may not have a lot of followers, but I treasure all that I have. I may be sick or absent more times than not, but that doesn’t mean I don’t care. You guys....have stuck with me through everything, including my depression and how much I lacked in having the energy to do anything.

I may be a “legal adult” (cause I’m 18), but that doesn’t mean I have any way of making votes and calls. I have enough trouble keeping myself in a good state of mind. Especially since my main focus right now is school and going to college. The majority of all the friends I have are online friends. I only keep myself sane some days because of the internet.

If everything goes dark on the net, which I pray and hope it won’t, just know I’ll still be trying to come back. I won’t give up. I’ll stay determined. Please remember that. Ok?
