Why doesn't AskFry*.*tumblr*.*com have a reblog button? I think it'd come in handy.
This is because the theme we installed does not support the reblog function. Or maybe they didn't code it.
I really like this theme and do not want to change it. I plan on implementing my own reblog button when I find the time.
I hope this answers your question.
Who was minus(.)com created by?
It was created by: Carl Hu and John Xi.
We (Carl and John) met in September of 2010 in Boston and set up the first founder's meeting that week. Having Vietnamese pho in Brookline, MA, our ideas started bouncing off of each other and soon we decided on the creation of Minus. We wanted to offer the simplest possible sharing service. The first prototype for Minus was inspired by Glen Murphy's design and launched on October 13th, 2010.
It is also believed the owner is a member of the forum, hackforums.net He goes by the username minus.
I'm really not sure how accurate this information is. Nowhere on the website minus.com does it say he's register to hack forums, but I don't see why it would.
Askfry.tumblr.com doesn't say i'm registered to pornhub

You are fee to ask me anything("Ask Fry Anything") I will do my best to provide you with an answer.
Fill in the blank: Antrhologists think the first people to build a civilization in America were the _.
Olmec. Or Olmec Tribe.
So I run a fairly popular porn blog. Actually I run two websites. A porn blog hosted on tumblr a video tube website. Anyways i'm trying to come up with a way to differ myself from major porn websites like pornhub, redtube, youporn, etc, etc, etc. What do you think of a charity for porn concept. You watch porn on my site, and 80% of the ad revenue goes to charities.
Honestly, it's not a bad idea. A porn for charity concept seems cool. If your website included proof, and always donated 80% I think it'd be a great concept. I would consider using it, as long as it looks good, has good content, and isn't flooded with ads.
I think it's a good idea, watch porn for charity. I know they have "search engine for charity" projects, and "url shortners for charity", but i've never seen "porn for charity".
The only problem I see is, your ad company might not like you doing this as it might make people want to click for fun. Also people may think you're just desperate for visitors.
Do you think Google is trying to take over the internet?
NO! I certainly do not. Something like this would be impossible. I think they're just trying to expand their services.
So tumblr has a limit to how much posts you can make per day. If you have members in your tumblr group, do all of them count towards the limit, or does each one have it's own?
Every member in a tumblr group can post 100 times onto a blog.
But posting on their own blog still counts towards the post count.
I believe the post limit works towards the account, and not the blog.
For example, say i'm in a tumblr blog. i can make 50 posts on my own blog, and 50 posts on the blog i'm a member off. This would be a total of 100.
I'm not certain if the tumblr que system works the same, but I assume it does.
Are there any hidden websites out there? For example a hidden youtube website with only unlisted videos? Or a full blown hidden community? If so how do these websites operate and what are the domain names?
The internet is a giant place. I'm sure somewhere out there theirs hidden websites. There are some right here on tumblr. For example password protected blogs.
Example: http://www.1337lowball.tumblr.com/
I'm not sure how they operate as I don't run one and have no way to interview one. But I would assume they run by family members and very trusted people.
For example I could tell my cousin to join my hidden forum, and he'll tell his cousins and friends and so on.
I personally think these private websites trying to run a community would be nearly impossible to run.
Starting a community is already hard, now imagine starting a private community. It'd probably just be a way for pedophiles to share minor porn online without being spotted. I think that's the only reason why anyone would feel the need to lock there website up.
Is there a way to tell how much posts a certain tumblr blog made?
Yes there is, there is a website called http://tumblrstats.com/
Simply visit the website, and enter the tumlr url name. Example for
http://askfry.tumblr.com/
would be askfry than simply hit enter. It'll show you the number of posts right away, if you wait a little bit longer it'll show you the full blog details.(Not including followers)
I'm thinking of starting a search engine, do you think a hand built engine would be better than one running by a script with an algorithim
It honestly depends on the situation.
A hand built engine can be better than one running an algorithm similar to Google. It would just be really hard.
You would need a team of editors/reviewers similar to the dmoz directory. This team of editors would need to hunt down legit content that hasn't been copied, or isn't crap.
Something like this would be very hard to manage. Google on the other hand has the best of both worlds. They use an algorithm also they have a team of editors which rate links to bring better results.
My Opinion
If you decide to start this engine. It would be cool to see a hand built search engine, it'd be different.
I see to many search engines that do the same thing. Google, bing, duckduckgo. They all search by basically the same method.
A hand built engine on the other hand would be pretty cool.
I don't think a hand built engine would have as much content as a regular one. I also don't think it'd ever beat Google simply because it'd be far to hard to manage. You would have to keep track of domain changes and a lot of other factors come into play.
Who was the first level 200 in the online mmorpg MapleStory.
The rankings clearly show that it was FangBlade
Rumor:
Some sources believe a hacker hit 200 before FangBlade but was banned so he doesn't show up on the Nexon ranks anymore. lYuI is the In Game Name of the hacker.
