hihiiiiii! hoopa is- well you know who hoopa is. hoopa doesnt need to introduce hoopa's self. but hoopa is here for ask-ish things and askblog-type stuff and all that sorta thing! is that what people do on this thing? hoopa thinks that's what people do on this thing. and hoopa is always right about everything ever.

//hiiiii i havent run a drawn askblog in a literal fucking decade so i decided to do this for nostalgia purposes. i dont have a plan for where im going with this but ill figure it out as i go! also open to rp threads but i wont be drawing those for obvious reasons
