I sometimes see guys like this aboard the ship. However sometimes these guys are better at standing than the non drunk ones because the ship is actually moving.... 

Also if you are used to standing and walking on a ship which actually does move and tilt you tend to be better at walking when the ground seems to be moving even when it actually isn't.
