@askjackandcorvus
Damaged people are dangerous. They know they can survive.
Josephine Hart (via quotemadness)
He could not relate to the other, nor could he even remember that which bound Mu to Oblivion all those years. Everything prior to that was lost. To what he lost in the end he wasnât so sure. An identity? Family? But it wasnât anything Solo was going to divulge to Jack. No, only a piece of a puzzle. That was all.
 Laplace merely hissed towards Corvus upon being hit once or twice. It thought the other weak and pathetic, and it opened its maw to screech at the other to leave the two of them be. The flames did little, and only made it angrier. âTo what end must we take this? How low a civilization to instigate a worthless fight.â Solo did nothing to help Laplace for it could take care of itself. To which it did. Pouncing upon the other and attempting to dig its claws within the EM-Being as if to open its armor up and break its jaw and sink the teeth down into it. It was like a cat to its avian feast.
 Solo wanted to grind Jackâs face into the cement. âPeople are lying garbage only living to further their own ends. Theyâre deceitful and pests at best.â Jackâs rage only made Solo look down upon him further. Jackâs fist connected to Soloâs Mu Rejection and the Murian gracefully blocked the other punch. âYouâre not obligated to know about what happened to me,â he spat. And in response to Jackâs punches he shoved the other away. âDo you desperately want to know about my past? About Mu? Youâll accomplish nothing either way.â
âEXCUSE ME?!â Corvus all but roared, âIâm sorry but while my kid might owe yours a pair of new shoes YOUR Â brat is the one who âinstigatedâ the fight!â Corvus was no pushover, a being literally known for destroying worlds had to be pretty tough after all. Corvus ignited his own sharp claws with his sickly fire, and dug them into the relatively unarmored form of his opponent. While the last fire was for straight damage this one was more for a slow burning corruption of data, attempting to cause an HP bug. Also he wasnât stupid enough to stick close range and with a vicious peck he attempt to stun his foe long enough to fly and get some distance.
At Soloâs words Jack suddenly paused. He took a tiny step back looking at Solo in a sort of guarded curiosity, before stepping back up, ââŠDid you get picked up by Dealer at some pointâŠ? Weâve been saying that behind his back for yearsâŠâ his whole demeanor seemed to have calmed down considerably. He âhmmmâed for a moment before laughing, âYeah I donât! Going to ask anyways.â he suddenly waltzed back up to tap his fist lightly against the regenerated barrier. Then again only to see it was gone. âThatâs fancy!â he then looked at Solo with a bemused expression, âI know the story of over 400 dead Dealer agents. I did it becasue King hates his agents learning things he didnât order them to learn. learning things to accomplish nothing is the best thing ever becasue it make him so angry. I love learning things about things.â he then proceeded to go back to messing with the barrier, giggling under his breath waiting for a response.
He took a step back to avoid the punch. The blood hardly bothered him, neither did the scruff on his shoes. It was the disrespect, the high and mightiness. And although Solo was quite hypocritical, he had mostly good reason to be. How pathetic. âThatâs rich, coming from someone like you.â Part of him wanted desperately to punch Jack again but his better self held him. Laplace on the other hand wasnât as much, rather going after Corvus with its claws, swiping at the otherâs beak as the UMA made a shrill noise.
 âHow disrespectful. Sick to know that they should treat us this way.â It curled around, arms still hanging down next to Solo. âDo you regret it now?â it laughed. â
 Solo rubbed his hand not answering Laplace. He thought of Vega and what she did to Soloâs home. âI rather have blood on my hands than hear anymore of your insults. Donât you dare assume what Iâve been through. My situation is completely different than yourâs.â His Indie Darkness became slow to consume his soul once more, the pain of Vegaâs doing still raw in his mind. His failure etched into his skin with red letters. Jackâs blood fit nicely upon the red markings he had. He tried not to stare at it. âDonât even think about trying to compare the two.â
âYes. A million bucks.â oh man his jaw stung and the swelling already started, everything with a lisp âBeing like...two, three? Waiting the nukes come froth the sky. Can never go back. Too radiated.â Corvus dodged a bit, then tanked some hits, in ways to get the two being away from the kids, before unleashing the red flames he threatened them with. If you look closely thereâs a beak withing Corvus beak unleashing the flames.
âOh you so silly. Do you think so little of people?â he laughed, before cringing in pain, âItâs harder tho lithe with then you think.â he then sighed, âWhy not? If itâs less then you could just laugh. It could help give perspective. And yes before you wonder I was told to try and be nicer. I doth really get it.â heâs rambling now probably from the nasty hit. âGo ahead and prove it. Prove how much it hurt.â before charging in with a few more punches, âCAUSE I SURE AS HELL WILL!!â
 âI wish I could forget,â Solo narrowed his eyes towards Jack. Actually helping someone, leading the way towards hope, he hated it. Just as he opened his mouth to speak he was greeted with laughter. Though for a moment he wasnât sure if it was laughing at Soloâs suspicions or if it was because Jack just thought this entire ordeal with hilarious. Either way, he didnât like being laughed at, especially in his face. The dead pan expression might have said it all, though he admittedly bristled slightly towards the other. Needless to say Jack was doing a very good job in pissing Solo off. Slowly, but surely.
 âI didnât think you had standards,â Solo calmly replied. The display was hardly noticed. He felt Laplace bristle however, though not appear from the hunter he kept. It was if the UMA was waiting to pounce on Corvus, to which the very thought of Laplace tearing into Corvus brought some disgustingly pleasing feeling. Perhaps that would be fitting, a cat like shadow person tearing into a bird like EM-being.
 He was going to walk away from the situation at hand. Merely give his warning them sulk away back into isolation to bide his time to finish the other off. But the moment of grace was interrupted by Jackâs willingness to step on Soloâs shoes and getting so far into his face that all the Murian could do was resort to violence. Laplace finally appeared over Solo, looming over its master as if itself were a spirit of death. Its claws hanging down over Solo, near his face, ready to scratch at Jack. As for Solo he only scowled at Jack, a look of disgust mixed with annoyance. He hated to be disrespected. So to return the favor, Solo brought his hand back, balled it into a fist, and went to punch the other square in the jaw.
Jack noticed the faces, âOh lighten up sour puss. You were lonely and all growing up, while I got drafted into a psychopaths army; count your blessings you weren't picked up by Dealer.â in a low voice he basically spat the words, âThink your the only one whose civilization got destroyed? News flash: Get in line.â And he shrugged at the comment, âComes with the territory. Anyone could be dead by tomorrows morning. Why should we care? There just pawns. Weâre all just pawns.â said with a draw so dead from constant repetition. He saw Laplace appear and in surprise  said, âWow thatâs your wizard when its not a sward itâs cut-BLGRDFâ at the connection of fist to jaw. Instinctively he attempted to punch Solo back; aiming for the throat. Corvus automatically attempted to bop Laplace in the snout, âYou would just had a scuff on your shoe, now look ya got blood all over ya shirt!â Jack started sputtering up a fair amount of blood; heâd bit his tongue badly when he got punched.

âI remember clearly,â thereâs almost uninterested tone from the rant Jack produced. âI wouldnât put it past you to be able to save him. There was so much noise in thereâ it wouldnât be surprising if your memory was altered or you somehow decided you wanted to save that pathetic excuse for an EM-Being. Donât make me have to remind you that you also worked with Dealer. He could have given you something to save Corvus should something happen to him.â
 The theories were endless, and though all made sense, the more plausible one could alsoâ that which was produced by Jack. But even if for a moment that Solo believed in the other he was cautious and speculative as one would be. One could not so easily be resurrected from the dead. Residue data or waves, of course, but those were often husks of a former self and from what Solo saw Corvus was squawking like his usual self. How strangeâŠ
 He stared down into Jack, a scowl appearing on his face as he narrowed his eyes at the other. It was almost tempting to again try to kill Corvus, to finish what Solo had started (he was going to kill him, like how he was going to kill Subaru, it was what his blood demanded!), but in these moments there was no use to try. There was always later. âEither way, even if heâs alive now, Iâll kill him. Maybe not now, but I will.â
     âIâm not sure you remember; did you forget walking me back to earth? Talking to me directly after it happened? Him trying to kill me? Why the hell would I save someone who TRIED TO KILL ME!â the kid shouted exasperated, âWouldnât you and your magical boy powers have NOTICED something? Especially on earth?! man youâve gotta be kidi-PFFFF BWAHAAHAH!â the kid suddenly burst into laughter, holding his gut in a futile attmept to stop, going on for a full 10 seconds before slapping his knee and saying, choking between gasps of tearful laughter, âDealer...save someone? Dealer....saving someone! Oh thatâs great, ahha oh thatâs hilarious...!â pointing at Solo, âOh thatâs a good joke, you got me there...!â winding down, getting the last tear out of his eye before taking a deep breathe and, âYeah no. Mr. King never saved anyone. If he did have it heâd save it for himself.â
Corvus felt this moment appropriate to return out of the device, âLike iâd let him do it!â summoning purple flames in hands, âIâm too sophisticated for the garbage revivals the pathetic technology on this earth could provide!â before spouting seemingly regular red flames in a quick fwoosh in the air through his beak; flames of an entirely different wave length then of Corvusâ normally sickly flames. Jack rolled his eyes at the display. âBring it on little child. People whoâve meant it much more and tried much harder have failed-â and then Jack sent him back to the hunter, âBlah blah blah. Anything else youâd like to bother me with sadsack?â before taking a few more steps and actually stepping on Soloâs shoes and scuffing them just to be inconvenient.Â
@askjackandcorvus
  âI thought I killed Corvus.â He stood in front of Jack, though not close enough to him that might instigate a fight he held an air of hostility. Solo didnât like being tricked, let alone to falsely believe that he had killed off everyone that worked for Dealer. The supposedly fulfilled mission seemingly a joke and now he forced to look once again at the EM-Being that worked for the organization he had thought to kill off.
  The hunt wasnât intentional, he was merely passing by when he saw the orange flames and sensed the familiar waves that came off the particular crow-like being. But even if it wasnât an intentional confrontation, it wasnât a confrontation that Solo would deny, especially if it involved someone he had presumably killed. âWhy isnât he dead?â He started to step closer, âDid you protect him?â
âWhy yes you did young man; bravo!â the bird chuckled dryly, âNo really. Youâve had the most successful attempt on my life in.....several thousands of your human years!â but just as he started laughing Jack deactivated the wizards physical form, sending him back to the hunter. Sighing, Jack tried to calmly say âLook, I donât know enough of the specifics but big beak over there apparently really did die and apparently come back. No he hasnât told me about how or why, or why the hell he came back to me...or hell even when he came back. Spooked me to damnation when he just casually was in the hunter again...â âIn any case,â his temper already beginning to flare, âI did NOT protect him. Remember, I was there? You sorta protected me from him? I donât exactly have ultra magical wave change-y properties without him, certainly not enough to STOP A SWORD BEING HURLED AT HIM.â the smaller child was not intimidated by the step forward and even took a few himself; puffing out his chest, trying to look equally intimidating even if it highlighted his shorter stature having to look up at the significantly taller boy.

Reblog if you are willing to write in-depth, significant, and valued FRIENDSHIPS.
There is so much focus on romantic/sexual relationships lately. Friendships are incredibly important for characters too, and deserve as much love and attention as romantic/sexual relationships.
I donât do the sports. I saw some kinda skating one all over my dash I hope you like this.
I mean I can only see Jack being a comedy relief for why would he be anything else.
