((Hi anon! Sorry for taking so long to get back to you on this, I was going back and forth on how to format this answer.

I’m going to answer your OOC question here and leave your actual ask in my inbox, since that’s an event that’s going to take quite a while to draw! It’ll be a big answer.

As for your question to me: I can’t really give you a more specific answer than “it’ll happen when it happens”! Getting a character on this blog is more than just a matter of making a design for them and letting people ask questions. On its own, designing a gijinka can be an incredibly involved process! Some of my gijinka took me years to create, and pretty much all of my gijinka are constantly undergoing slight revisions or even the occasional total redesign. But even more than that, having a character here on this blog requires that I have at least a semi-developed headcanon and backstory for them in order to make fun, believable answers. Because of this, there are a handful of gijinka that aren’t on this blog at all, because despite having a design for them, I simply don’t have enough on their character for them to be usable here.

And as for what prompts me to start developing a character in the first place... luck of the draw, basically! [JOKING] I’m aware that’s a non-answer. But basically, the more interested I am in a character and the more I personally like them, the more likely I am to dig in and do lots of writing for them. I’m terribly sorry to say, but Necrodeus is not among those characters for me! :( He’s just not my speed. I’ll never say never, but he in particular is pretty far down on the list of priorities.
