My fellow Tumblr users and Broadway enthusiasts alike, If I may? I'm Kurt Elizabeth Hummel; fashion consultant and a proud intern at VOGUE.COM. First and foremost, it seems like you’ve stumbled upon my little corner of the internet and I thank you for your continuous interest in me and for following me as I tackle my way to the top. I'm positive you're going to find it highly enjoyable and worth your while. I'm Twenty years of age who belongs from the incredibly unappreciated town of Lima, Ohio. Regardless whether you know me or not, I promise you will see my name in bright lights soon enough. I cannot stress enough how much of a miracle and dream come true it is to have made it out of Lima in one piece. As of now, I reside in the city of my dreams: New York City with my best friend and soul mate, Rachel Berry and Satan Santana Lopez. Needless to say, my life has been a series of crazy ups and downs. Alas that has finally changed. Life is finally starting to look up for one Kurt Hummel but I still desperately miss my father and loved ones back at home. While working in the world of fashion is as fabulous as it gets, I’m also a freshman at New York Academy of Dramatic Arts as a full time student where I am majoring in musical theatre. As for now, I hope to be able to work part time and maintain my internship so I can be able to pay for my apartment while also gaining experience prior for my future career. Working at Vogue has given me an experience that I am very happy to be a part of and I hope to embrace it completely. Fashion is just one of my many interests. Apart from theatre and fashion, my other interests include music, film, yoga, and of course promoting and marketing my new fragrance, “Hummel.” My love for my passions aren't the only things keeping me strong through my day to day busy life schedule. My idols have strengthened me a lot throughout the last couple of years and they consist of Ms. Patti LuPone, Lady Gaga, Barbra and of course Alexander Mcqueen. Finally, for those of you who may be interested and outrageously curious regarding my dating life, I’ll save you the time. Firstly, Yes, I am very much gay, and secondly I’m currently dating a rather dashing handsome young gentleman that goes by the name of Adam Crawford. I’m more than thrilled and proud to call him my boyfriend and though our relationship is only beginning to blossom, I really do like him and hope that things progress for us as time goes by.
