I appreciate you guys are going back and rectifying the permission thing with the artists. As an artist myself it's nice to see a popular blog respecting artists. While there are artists who don't care if you ask, but it's honestly just common courtesy and the people who DO mind will really appreciate it. Thank you for being wonderful<3
Of course! It was just one of those things that we didn’t think about and in hindsight/with a break from the blog it was a bit more obvious, you know?
You’re also welcome to take this as a psa that if anyone does make their own comics and wants us to dub them, they’re more than welcome to throw them at us! You can send it as fanmail to this blog or ask a pm to lady mun’s personal! Like seriously don’t be shy about it, just throw a link at me and I’ll know
You might be able to avoid upsetting any artists/having to delete old posts by just removing the art from the original audio posts and just keeping the audio itself up with links to their work!
I can mention that if they do request we take it down as a compromise so you guys don’t have to lose what we have done here, but since we did ultimately post before asking, if they do want it taken down, we’ll honor that.
A heads up!
Some comics we have previously dubbed my be vanishing because when we first started posting two years ago, we didn’t actually ask the artists if that was okay. So, Lady Mun is going through them and they may request for us to remove them! Likewise, if we can’t get in touch with that artist/their blog is gone, unfortunately we will be removing it since there’s no way to no for sure if it would be alright with them and would prefer to avoid any gray area.

A lot of it is just real life getting in the way, so it makes it a touuuch hard to moderate something like this. However with the new season 2 episodes, Lady mun is reinvigorated and inspired to work on more things for the blog!
We will need to get some VA replacements since it has been a while, though, meaning we’re likely going to focus on just fandubbing comics for now!
Just so everyone knows, this blog will be season 2 spoiler free until further notice!
ohhhkay so I’m going to start going through some of the drafts and asking artists if we can dub some comics we have in there because my life is a little less hectic and I can focus on the blog again. We are down a few VAs though, so I’ll likely be revising the casting call and posting it some time.
Poll Responses
Once a week is the general consensus! The plan is to prerecord about 12 or so comics, then that way if there’s a week or two where we can’t get to our mics for whatever reason, we have something already set up so you guys don’t have to miss anything! Comics will be posted on Tuesdays!
This will be something we’ll have to work on! There are a ton of fun games, but usually you only get one persons screen like with Don’t Starve or the text/options go to fast or are already voiced like in Oxenfree- both of which you also need to pay for. Since the majority of us are broke high school/college students, we’ll need to find some free games. So if you have any game suggestions, we’ll be happy to take them!
Overall, people seem happy with our text link, at most wanting us to just record the artists name as well, which we might start doing anyway since the audio is on soundcloud and people may stumble upon that over our blog!
Mobile tumblr is evil, but I will try my best to work on something. If anyone has any particular suggestions, I’d be more than happy to hear them!

Since these are all over, I’m only taking into account the top three! More art, more adlibbing, and covers! We’re hoping to tackle more art and covers by doing musical aus or a mash up of a few different ones to make a plot!

Hey everybuggy, Lady Mun here! I know the blog has been a liiitle dead lately, but activity should pick up by the end of this month! I'm finally moved into my new house, so I'll be working on getting an audio post a week up! Submissions will also be opened if you want to link us to particular comics you would like to see us do! Once this is all set up and generally on track to being a regular thing, we'll have another livestream to show off a new original script once the cast has recorded for the preview! We'll also be posting a poll for feedback soon, so feel free to tell us what you'd like to see/would like us to work/improve on- we're open to new ideas! Ciao for now!
