Hi, Mr Reigen. I heard you are a magician. Do you know of Kuroba Toichi?

He was a name, mostly. Big performer, big shot, part of the elitist world that I grew to hate. I never participated in any of that - was busy with other things - so I never knew him past what’s in the newspapers. 

He was a good man, from what I’ve heard. We just probably would never see eye-to-eye.

I have made a whole conference room disappear before. Here’s a picture of them:

do you do tricks with bunnies?

I don’t. Bunnies are drama queens. I work with an old rat and a dove. They’re both part-time workers, but their networking is good and their work ethics are impeccable. 

Here’s Number Nine. She’s been in the industry for a long time. She knows the in and out of it. She’s close to retirement, but she has another year or two in her and she wants to do something different from the flashy shows she’s used to, so here she is.

This fellow’s name’s Ronald. He’s on three jobs at the moment to support his family, but he’s a sensible man. He really doesn’t like cats and wishes he can travel more. We’re working on his pay so he can maybe get a better place for his kids.
