Immediately hugging him back she stroked his hair gently, knowing she was putting a lot of stress on the prince by being so selfish. "I'm sorry Teito, I shouldn't have said anything" she kissed the top of his forehead. She'd always known there was no chance for them with the way he looked at Frau and the way he looked back, but she fell in love anyway and only wanted him to look at her that way. But it was stupid and she was ruining their friendship by demanding him to finally agknowledge her feelings for him. She pulled him back to arms length and plastered on a smile over her bleeding heart "Just forget it alright? We can just pretend I never said anything and we can just go back." She hated saying this but it was better then losing him all together.

"I— You have to be ki—" No, of course she’s not kidding. Why would Ouka lie to him? "I don’t blame you for your actions at all…"

He really can’t blame the girl for being angry at him, what could he do in this situation?
