i know this is just a meme, but the framing of this is interesting to me. instead of simply saying that these people should be banned from costco or killed or whatever, the author simply wishes for a space he could be comfortable in. it is a beautiful acknowledgement that many different people have their needs met in their own way, all in the same place. and yet, he does not deny himself his feelings of frustration in asking for a seperate space.
