"With the institute now crumbled.. This only means the worse shall happen eventually.
Thankfully, I was prepared for this, and so are my students."
do you think Shen and Lee Sin would be total bros or is it just me? ?
oh naw it’s totally just you
Can't sleep
Who and why would be brave enough to bear a child with him?
No matter, I must keep a watchful eye incase that demonic spawn becomes a threat.
"Can't sleep"
That womans ears.. Perhaps she's related to the tempest?
Good to see you back~! I loved your Shen soo much <3
(( Chances are I might just vanish again at some point, but good to be back for now.))
(( Now you have me curious on who's behind your mask.))
Can't sleep ((hue))
I'm still curious on how that doppelganger came to be..
Send "Can't sleep" for a thought that might run through my muse's head about yours at 3 in the morning.
(( In an attempt to make this blog little bit less dead, I'm going to get at a few of the old prompts in my inbox.))
Asian male apology game = tight.
laughed so fuckin hard at the fuckin breakdancer
Akali pouted as her mother ushered her through the temple doors. She stifled a groan; already knowing by this age that it would be met with disciplinary action. As she walked through the temple halls, she couldn’t help but think about the silliness of the situation. She was supposed to meet with the “Eye of Twilight,” whatever that was. It sounded like some stupid nursery rhyme to her.
Her mother stopped her when they reached a courtyard. She quickly noticed that a young man and—what she assumed was—his son seemed to be waiting for them. “Akali,” Her mother’s voice had an air of business, but it was sweet nonetheless. “This is Shen. He’s going to be an important asset to your future, so I think the two of you should start getting along at an early age.”
The young Kinkou grumbled lightly, before bowing. “My name is Akali. It’s a pleasure to meet you.”
The shagged hair preteen looked up at what seemed to be the older version of himself, no wait. It was his father, then back at the female duo that were approaching. Shen was told that he was finally going to meet the future predecessor to 'the fist of the shadow' for once in his life, not exactly a meeting he was excited for at first, but after a few words of persuasion from his father.
A short nod from the older gentlemen remained silent as his gaze didn't invert from the older woman, Akali's mother. Giving his son a slight pat on the back, urging him to try and converse with her daughter. Finally speaking out throughout the meeting. "Go on, Shen. Try to make friends with your new comrade."
Shen returned the gesture with a scowl on his face as he looked back to his father, only to have it fade away as the trainee ninja stepped foward. Trying to put on a somewhat serious impression. Returning the bow to the younger female. "The name's Shen, good to make your acquaintance, Akali. I suppose we're.. friends now?" Remember he wasn't exactly at ease with making friends.
(( A little help on getting my muse back would be lovely.))
He was a bit surprised by Jannas initial reaction. Did he say the wrong thing or was this a common thing? Oh. That seemed to be the reason why. “Perhaps I didn’t say it right. ” Shen decided to be a bit more upfront with what he was going to say next. “Yes I do have feelings for you, so don’t feel sad.” Gladly offering his hand to help the blonde back onto her feet.
She holds his hand tight, pulling herself up to her feet. “No no, I was just— just- ah.. just being paranoid.” She continued to hold his hand, and with her free hand she continued to wipe her tears. “I can’t stop. Crying. dammit.” She says half laughing, half in frustration. “Ah- Can I hold your hand for just a bit longer?” she asks, realizing how silly her request was.
"Well- um… Not that I’m not overjoyed that you reciprocated my feelings but weren’t you not allowed to have ‘feelings?’ or maybe I completely misunderstood your job description or something, I mean the things the summoners write up about us— oh great. I’m rambling sorry." She pinched the bridge of her nose, shaking her head slightly as if to get her bearings right before looking at him once more, a faint smile on her lips.
Shen gave off a small shrug as he extended his other freehand towards Janna’s face, wiping a few of the traveling tears with his fingers. “It’s not a problem, and I don’t mind.” For some reason, he was actually starting to enjoy a moment like this. Not that he could actually portray his feelings to her really. Her next question was a confusing one, even for him. “I’m allowed to do what I please on my free time, the elders have little say to that, the summoners seemed to make a mistake on that. “
"The thing is, if I’m ever ordered to ‘break up’ this relationship or matters along that, I won’t hesitate. If you understand what I’m trying to say."
"I tend to keep my room organized, it’s a habit of mine." Shen replied sharply at her compliment, then slightly shrugging his shoulders at her question. "I don’t mind having company, the least you could of done is warn me in advance,...

"I don’t mind having company, the least you could of done is warn me in advance, but that’s all in the past now." Though he couldn’t help but show a slight smirk of amusement under his mask as she began to stutter when the topic about the headlines came up. Then the memories about her little confession finally came back to him, hearing a few things he never really did expect to be told in his life.
"I’m fine, and sadly that wasn’t a dream, Janna." His amber eyes looking up at the tempest before he rose to his feet and then crossing his arms. "My only question is; did you really mean what you said? Not to mention the whole explicit details that you also added afterwards."
"Ahh.. that’s an admirable habit." She comments on the side as she slowly begins to slide down, back against the wall as the memory plays on repeat in her head.
With a soft thump she’s finally seated on the mat. “… so you do remember.” She brings her knees to her chest and hides the furious blushing behind her fingers. There was a groan from the sorceress, “Noooooooooooooooo…”
Hearing his question she peeks, just barely, up at him. “What would you do if I said yes?” Her words coming out in a little squeak before she hides her face again.
There was a shrug in reply, he wasn't exactly the type of person that had to deal with relationships. though he didn't hesitate, Shen did put some thought it his answer. "I can say the feeling is mutual, as for what I would do, I have no idea."

Oh what the wrong time to leave his door unlocked, Shen wasn’t that caught up with the commotion among the halls of the institute. Perhaps it was just the regular events that would go on. The ninja thought he was going to have the peace and quiet to try and get in a meditation session, though that was a bit too much to ask for. His chances of meditating and ignoring the footsteps outside were lost once he heard the door to his room being opened and quickly shut. Keeping his back to the door and the unknown visitor as he sat in the middle of the room.
The thoughts of a would be assassin did cross his mind, which quickly faded as the un-expected visitor suddenly spoke out. His hand that slowly starting to draw one of the blades from the sheaths on his back, before releasing the grip and letting it slide back in. He knew the voice, which was good enough for him. “Out of all the rooms in the institute, you had to run into mine for shelter from whoever was chasing you. Not that I mind.” Keeping his back to the door, trying to concentrate on what he was trying to do before.
She was replied with silence, briefly she considered speaking out again. At least that’s when she heard him, a sigh of relief came from her. At least it was someone she was relatively close to. “Oh good, it’s you.” There was a click as she locked the door, before moving in further into his quarters, walking in like she owned the place.
"You have a wonderful room, very neat and minimal." She says as she walks around. "D’you mind if I hide out here? I doubt they’ll even think of coming in here." She says with a chuckle. There was a pause as she realizes how her words could be understood.
"N-Not that I’m saying you don’t make good headlines yourself. I mean you’ll make great headlines, with the way you look and all. Just. uhm- yeah."
She leans against the far wall, facing the ninja. Her face quickly flushes as she remembers the words she whispered into his ear when a confession was forced out of her by some form of magic. Oh gods.
"So uhm.. How have you been? You know I had this funny dream, you were there and I whispered some things to you…" She trailed off, not really knowing where she was going with this.
