For apple, I'm curious now that I remember the particle solidification power, how does it work exactly, is the object you solidify consistent enough to hold down attacks like a shield? And if so couldn't you pair this with your old skills of football or baseball to do ranged attacks?

As long as she’s concentrated on keeping her particles solid, it becomes a mostly indestructible force…. Mostly.

There are a few set backs, like water and lava can make it dissolve. So using it to shield herself from those elements is very risky cause while it can withstand it to some degree it does eventually dissolves.

And yes, she does pair this with her sport skills by using it for projectile attacks. However she prefers melee attacks.
