Welp I finally rerecorded Nightmare, my darker Jade track from last year. It’s almost Halloween so I thought it would be fitting. Not to mention I had to rework the entire backing so I can sing this at HalloweenCon.

I remembered I’ve had this song sitting around since like… last summer, so I figured I’d record a rough, one-take demo. Then I thought I’d have more fun with it. It’s been a while since I Jaded up but hey, why not? I wrote this when Jade and John were still puttering around on the ship and killing time. She’s always looking towards the future, so I think most of all she’d be looking forward to seeing her friends, no matter what came after. Hope you like it!
