A state of emergency has been declared in Hoenn. Citizens are encouraged to seek sources of backup power, such as solar & battery. Hoenn’s Gaia power plants, which supply the entire region, have been destroyed. According to eyewitness accounts, two flying Pokemon were seen attacking our power plants. Law enforcement is investigating.

Gaia power, that of which the Savior of the Earth had been starved for so long, burst from these power plants as Deonys and Yome attacked. As if drawn by some current, the energy visibly trailed over the sea towards Sky Pillar, filling the tower and moving ever upward. 

With this energy, surely a healthy fraction of Rayquaza’s power should have been restored…? Will Rayquaza be able to break free of Primal Form? What will happen to Sky Pillar? Will the legal system ever catch up to them? And how are these eons going to locate Deonys’ brother? @askthemeteoreevee

Deonys: My brother looks like space but inverted. My master is deoxys one of many in the known multiverse. My brother and I kept watch on the earth as long as we could. I’m fine with doing the way humans act if your helps your master

Yome closed her eyes for a second. She was ready to invite Deonys to overthrow human civilization, but had almost made a major oversight.

“Whatever happens, I will match your determination to rescue your brother, as long as you match mine to save the world. But first… Tell me about Deoxys. If Deoxys is another legendary Pokemon who you’re in contact with, couldn’t they also help us?”

Deonys: my master has said to me since the day they found me, they will help in emergencies and only then will it be once to be wise with their summoning as I can’t do it again, I will match your determination for the earth only as much as your going to put into saving my brother I have a egg to hatch so we have to be fast

Kiyo tried to shrug off that last comment, but felt weird about it. “I’ll bite. So you only evolved recently, and you say you want your brother back? What happened to him, what do you need me to do? Please remember, though, I can’t stay away from Sky Pillar for more than a day or two.” 

She also wanted to know about Deonys’ “master”, but this wasn’t the time.

Have I done something to unsettle you? My brother was rare even on earth but evolved to look like the space around us

Yome is suspicious and wants to know more about this other, odd Eeveelution. She's flying back and forth and isn't being very subtle about her interest, but hasn't said anything and won't seem to go outside the thermosphere. (askblessedeeveelution)

Deonys: have I done something wrong? I’ve just come to check in you after seeing you kill so many innocent Pokemon I just can’t bring myself to kill those who can barely even put up a fight. I came up here to see what you were, and whether you were a threat. Clearly, something about murder sits just fine with you. If I didn’t have more important things to do, I’d say you better not let me catch you anywhere near Hoenn.

But that’s not the only thing. Listen - I can see you must be a pretty strong Pokemon to be so casually hanging out in space. If you’re on my level, then like you or not, I’m going to have to ask…”
