I want to be famous when I grow up, so I’m working really hard on it! I go see Stardust twice a week for singing lessons now, and I practice every day! Pharos insists I should keep up with my attacks, but I don’t wanna be a battler.

"Well, there was that one time I used Aqua Jet while sliding down a water slide. Does that count as, uh.... "swimming through the sky?" I don't know how fast I was going... but I know I hit another Pokemon when that happened. I don't know about breaking any barriers, but I hope I didn't break anything of theirs."

Cashmere: Different kids have different needs. That’s why I made sure all my kids were tutored by other Pokémon of their same kind or typing. That’s how they learn what I can’t teach them… that’s how they know more about themselves.

Cashmere: Some new parents want to do everything themselves… like asking for help is admitting defeat, or that you’re not a good enough parent. It happens to the best of them, and yet…

Cashmere: I’ve tried telling this to Pharos a number of times, but I don’t think he quite believed me until this happened to Bell Pepper. I guess this is what happens when you’re a contest Pokémon - you become stubborn to a fault. Regardless…

Bell Pepper: Cashmere is a great babysitter, and he often tells me about his family and his daughter… Hatoful is a Talonflame that lived back at the farm, and would tell me about all the eggs she’s incubated and hatched for others… Dad tells me about being raised by a trainer, with no parents. It seems sometimes life is like that for Pokémon like us… I dunno. I guess I never had the need for a mom, when I had everyone else telling me it was okay.

Bell Pepper: Though, it does make me wonder…

[@amphartist] Bell Pepper: LEI! Leilani! It's been so long, I missed you so much! How're you doing? Oh! There's a ball game I've been wanting to play with other Popplios, and I'd love to play with you. It requires knowing Aqua Jet, though. Do you know it? I'd be happy to teach you if not!

"I mean, I would love to play with you, because I don't really get to see a lot of Popplio anymore, and playing would be just like playing with the others in the tribe."

"But... but I've only been able to use Aqua Jet once, and I think it was just luck. I haven't been able to learn how to do it when I want yet, and you probably wouldn't have a lot of fun playing with me, Bell."

"I guess it's kind of my fault, though. I haven't really been practicing attacks since... well, since I was with Kai. He tried to teach me Aqua Jet and Water Gun a few times, but I just could never do it. I looked really stupid, too."

"I... I do hope you have fun with the other Popplio, though!! I bet you'll do great!
