A new SnK videogame focused on the events of Season 2 has been announced for early 2018! The main visual and a trailer have been released.
KOEI TECMO already released a previous SnK videogame focused on the events of Season 1 in 2016.

Hisashi Koinuma confirmed that the game will be released for PS4 and Xbox One, with support for both PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, with improvements in visuals and frame rate.
A decision regarding other platforms has not been made yet; a Switch version could be possible but they can’t promise it. They aim to reach a development stage around October or November that will allow them to show more of the game and announce the final platforms.

In addition to the information already released above, Hisashi Koinuma and Hideo Suzuki gave more details above the game on an interview:
Battles will be more complex and challenging.
Multiplayer is improved, and they aim to release it worldwide simultaneously, including co-op.
We will see new sides of the characters that weren’t as visible in the anime, but are there won’t be romantic elements since it wouldn’t fit the concept of the game and its world.
They’re trying to improve every aspect of the gameplay, so it’s not so straight forward.
The base camp will be increased in size, and will have storytelling elements to variate from the first’s game linear structure. There will be also more interaction with the characters on the camp.
One of their goals is making the game accessible for every fan of the anime, so the game might have different control settings.

Koei Tecmo revealed new information about the game at their Tokyo Game Show 2017 Live Stream today!
They confirmed that the game will be released on the following platforms in Japan: PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Switch and Steam.
Platforms for North America and Europe have not been announced yet, but Hisashi Koinuma mentioned PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on a previous interview, and some retailers are listing the game for those platforms as well.

3D Maneuver Gear actions are more diversified.
Titan movements have evolved, making battles more exhilarating.
Players can experience the story of the second season of the television anime.
The amount of playable characters in Attack on Titan 2 has significantly increased from the 10 playable characters in Koei Tecmo’s first Attack on Titan game. (A specific number was not announced.)
Players will be able to have deep exchanges with the characters from the original work.

Koei Tecmo announced the specific platforms in which the game will be released in the west on a press release today!
The game will come on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. However there won’t be a PSVita version for the west.

The October 26th Issue of Weekly Famitsu (releasing on October 12th, 2017) will give info about the game.
Details about the playable characters along with the main visual, Eren, Mikasa and Levi’s visuals will appear.

There are over 30 playable characters. In addition to Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and Levi, they’re introducing Mike Zacharias, Nanaba, and Gelgar this week. Unexpected characters are also planned. As a matter of convenience, you can’t use any character you want whenever you want in Story Mode.
The story has been significantly upgraded in volume and is based on until Season 2 of the Attack on Titan television anime. There will not be an original story or any changes to the story. Original developments from the author of Attack on Titan are being prepared.
For daily parts, side stories are being developed that enable players to deepen their relationships with other characters and see those characters’ true selves.

According to an early publication, Gematsu reports that a release date has been revealed: the game will release on March 2018.
