Some hatchlings are trying to fly their kites, but finding that it’s too gusty to steer them very well. They pray to the Windsinger. "Oh Windsinger, we just want to fly our kites but this wind it too much even for us, your children! Could we ask you to move this wind elsewhere in the realm?" They are shocked when the god appears before them, a frown marring his handsome visage. “As much as I would like to help you have fun, children, I am afraid I cannot. Today is a very special day, you see, and the wind must continue to sing.” The hatchlings are excited. They didn’t know today was a holiday! “Oh! Why is today so special, Lord?” they chirp, crowding closer. And the Windsinger smiles, “I suppose you could say it is,” he pulls out a pair of sunglasses, placing them on his nose. “Windsday.”
