Welcome to Wyrm-verse an Alternate universe where Nightmares gang are cursed to be dragons. After arriving at this Universe and exploring the cave The gang had Portaled into A strange force of magic seems too take hold of them and change them to large beasts that could only be described as draconian.

The island of Fang seems to be trying it's hardest to keep them here or perhaps others out. The massive storm that constantly surrounds the island is impossible to fly through and too high to fly above. And with their magic turned crazy the Gang cant seem to teleport or portal out either.

From Flight Lessons and Learning the basics of hunting to solving the mysteries to ancient civilizations there are bound to be some scaly shenanigans along the way with this group of lovable and chaotic Dragons.

What does Nightmare think of his dragon form?

Long story short it's... complicated.

Nightmare looked down at his talons. Willing them to morph and shape back to familiar black phalanges. Of course as expected nothing happened except for the slow pulsing of the glow beneath his scales. Sighing he lowered his talon He looked back into the network of caves where his henchmen where sleeping. He wasn't tired though, never had been since getting turned. One of the few benefits of all this he supposed. though he wasn't always sure it always was a benefit . A cloud covering the moon drifted away leaving silver moonlight to brighten the rock ledge Nightmare sat on. How long exactly had it been since Coming here he wondered. He wondered if Dream or any of the rest of his obnoxiously good team had looked for the gang. He doubted They cared to be honest. Probably off throwing a party or something. Reviling in victory he thought with venom. Dream would have cared. You saw him. heard him The beginning of a memory full of fire and smoke began creeping it's way into Nightmare's mind. He smothered it before it could form though. He didn't need to dwell on such things. It was a good thing no one would be looking for them. Things would be worse if anyone saw the beasts They had become. Beasts with razor like claws, mouths of nothing but jagged teeth and large enough to level buildings. Demons. Monsters. Animals. Beasts. whatever one might call them. It was nothing new. He wondered if they would just be hunted down or kept alive for Monsters and humans to gawk at. The beasts. the Evil things. a Gust of wind ruffled Nightmare's mane bringing him out of his thoughts. he peered up at the endless abyss of stars and planets above. Wanting to escape his brooding mind Nightmare let the moonlight seep into his scales and feeding the deep wild magic that coursed through his blood. He Launched himself upwards, winding higher and higher into the air. Soon it was nothing but him and the endless inky black sea of stars. For a time he fancied himself one of them, a speck of light swimming in the deep void. So far removed from anything below he need not feel a speck of fear. he could stay forever up here, Twisting and turning in an endless dance. Maybe he would... bright rays of light began to cut through the darkness. The sun Rising and chasing away all the dark inky black, hiding the twinkling light of the stars. Making Nightmare stand out in bright contrast to the rapidly brightening sky. Bringing reality sinking back into Nightmare's soul. He did not belong here. He could never belong. Not here. maybe not anywhere. --------------------------------------------

How potent is dusts venom?

Dust: get close enough you'll get a free demonstration. *he looks kind of like he's trying to smile but also failing miserably at doing so. * ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To answer your question it's potent enough that anything less than another dragon would probably drop dead in minutes. For a dragon at least an hour. so... pretty potent stuff. yet to find any sort of antivenom.

Does cross shed his fur???

I need to know.

Yea. It constantly looks like it snowed in his cave because of it. He's given up trying to keep his floor clean. Though if he sheds enough of it he gets a free carpet :D 👍

Not an ask for any of the dragons, but are you planning on adding any other Sanses like the Star Sanses? I just think it'd be so cool to see what dragons you make them into! /nf

I Do plan on adding more dragons if i ever get to that point and chances are it would be the Star sanses. It isn't set in stone yet tho so the best i could give you is a very good chance. when or if i do dragonify the stars these are the types of dragons i would likely turn them into Dream: probably a type of eastern/long dragon like Nightmare is. Ink: I was thinking an amphithere or quezalcoatl looking dragon. something snakelike with colorful feathers and a pair of wings. Blue: european dragon, i thought it was a fun connection since Blue gives me Knight vibes and all the stories with knights slaying dragons. Ive also concidered somehow dragging error into all this and makeing him sort of a wyvern. thx for the cookie :) <3

Nightmare redesign (will update when needed)

Nightmare may not be the tallest of the gang but he just might be the largest considering just how long he is.

Nightmare doesn't have fire but he does seem to still have some form of magic though he is not 100% sure how to use it yet. The air around Nightmare always seems to be a few degrees colder than what it should be. Sort of like he's made of ice. Nightmare also glows. it's faint and barely noticeable when in a bright area but at night it is rather hard to miss. most of his body is covered in what could be described as large fish scales.

nightmare doesn't seem to sleep. like ever. I have no idea how tbh. and as seen Nightmare can just float through the air.

Cross redesign (will update when needed)

Like Nightmare Cross is about 25 feet tall. Cross has a sort of wolfish look to him. Cross is probably the best runner among the dragon bois, that paired to his flying skills, and fire breath make him a sort of jack of all trades in a way. Cross probably has the most stamina out of the gang. another wolf like trait cross has is his ability to howl, though it isn't exactly like a wolf howl. His horns and spines glow purple when he breaths fire (the fire is also purple.

Horror redesign (will update when needed)

The largest if not longest of the gang. Horror is about 30 feet tall and also the physically strongest. His size also makes him the slowest in flight of the gang and doesn't have the most stamina when flying as well.

Horror is One of the gang members who can Breath fire, He's pretty good at it too. The axe like plates on his tail are very strong and actually shed outer layers to remain sharp. The green patches of scales replicate leaves and change with the season or weather/climate of an area. The summer has darker green scales (current), Fall has a mix of oranges reds and yellows, maybe even a few dark purples, Winter makes Horror look permanently covered in snow, and Spring is a lighter green mixed with a few brighter colors

Dust redesign (will update when needed)

The smallest of the gang at about 20 feet tall but far from the least deadly. Dust Has a venomous bite and is a master of stealth. His ability to burrow through sand also Makes it hard to tell exactly where he might be. (he has been stepped on several times) Dust can close his hood but chooses to keep it open. probably has the shortest temper out of all of the gang tbh. Dust's eyesight is actually not the best and he is particularly sensitive to vibrations in the air and ground.

Killer redesign (will update when needed)

as striking a Creature as ever Killer is adorned with ruby red bands that wrap around his wings and sometimes even glow! Killer is the ever curious fellow and although he was not gifted with fire breath (thank goodness for that tbh) he is a fearsome foe indeed. Standing at a height of about 23 feet tall The knife-like appendages on his wings are close to around 10 feet long and slice through pretty much anything. The blade of his tail around five feet. Killer is the fastest among the Gang members.
