Tomorrow evening is one of our biggest events of the year. It is our annual Lunar New Year event! This year is the year of the monkey. Explore new year traditions from a variety of Asian Cultures, sample delicious food, take the lucky prize wheel for a spin, have fun in our karaoke lounge, and much more! TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT! ASO will be having its open house event tonight entitled MONSPOON. We will be celebrating the Lunar New Year and preparing for our Lunar New Year event later on this week. Come chat and make new friends! We will be serving food from Naansense, an Indian Fusion Restaurant. There will also be boxes provided if you would like to participate in our annual prosperity box making workshop. We will be meeting in the MCA from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Tomorrow is our big Simbang Gabi celebration! This is a Filipino Christmas celebration that is shared by loved ones and the community. It will be taking place at MCA from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There will be food, Tinikling dancing, and our traditional White Elephant gift exchange. We are also having a potluck, so you can bring in food as well. It does not have to be Filipino food either, so bring whatever you'd like!
