Even the best fitness instructors out there (read:yoga and barre because that's what I do) need to realize that they're general thinness allows them to do stuff that I just can't Like my legs don't cross when I'm sitting at a table. They aren't going to cross for a pose, rendering it less than relaxing. If there's fat in your way there's some stuff that you just can't do as well no matter how fit, because you're literally being blocked Speaking for myself
