Hi 👋 How exactly would your ASOUE raffle event help those in Palestine who need help?

Hi! This is a great question!

I left it vague in the post because I wanted to get a good idea of how much engagement the event might have and what people were open to contributing. I've been discussing it with some people behind the scenes and contributions and ideas here are more than welcome.

To give you a better idea, in 2021 the network ran an event to raise money for AAPI foundations and people affected by the tragic shooting in Atlanta. Here is the introductory post outlining the event- we raised $360.82. This format could be followed or adapted as appropriate, but I'm eager to once again use this platform to do whatever is possible to provide support to people in the midst of a desperate situation.

Jacquelyn is a good, professional secretary. It’s her assigned VFD-post. She knows the importance of her role, she’s good at her job, and she’s proficient in passing the necessary information back to VFD that she acquires through her secretary role. But sometimes even good volunteers need a break from their assigned job, particularly when they have to work under Arthur Poe.  In times like those, Jacquelyn usually hops on her motorcycle, puts on her bright red, vintage-looking helmet (a gift from an ex-girlfriend that she keeps to this day, call her nostalgic), and heads to Gustav’s studio and sees if he needs any help with his movies.

The fundraising raffle has officially ended!

Good evening, volunteers, firestarters, and innocent children!

I've just closed the entries to our fundraising raffle, and that means it's time for the reveals!

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part. So many people volunteered to be creators that I had to start turning you away, but rest assured you are absolutely on the cards for the next event! An incredible number of you also donated to AAPI funds, and even more spread the word, signal boosted, and encouraged participation. The network is infinitely grateful.

As a result of this, I am happy to tell you that we raised a wonderful $360.82! The breakdown is as follows:
