she knew that she shouldn’t have let her guard down. the feeling of darkness already prevailed and yet she threw all those away when stiles looked at her with a sullen expression. but oh, it was just a mere trap. and now she doesn’t know if she could even get out.
” Let go of me. ”
there’s a tinge of slight panic in her voice as she tries to yank her hand away from his grip, but she fails. she doesn’t know what he wants with her, and she definitely doesn’t want to die either.
but despite all the revelation, there’s a part of her that’s glad that she has been right about stiles not being himself.
” I said let go of me. ”
funny how stiles said the same thing for her before.
he pulls her closer, neither gently nor roughly, his other hand running through her hair while the tip of his nose brushes against her ear.
”You're nervous.”
his smirk is more than audible in his murmur; fingers still carressing the back of her head.
”I'm not here to kill you, banshee. Unlike Stiles I think that, after all, you deserve to learn the truth.”
