Volkswagen T2 (T3), 1979. The third generation T2 was the final rear-engined VW and the last air-cooled boxer-engined Volkswagen made in Germany. It was also the last cab-over generation of VW van. It remained in production in Germany and Austria until 1992 but in South Africa was made until 2002

Volkswagen ‘Half-track Fox’, 1962. A T1 converted with four axles – two of them fitted with a chain drive mechanism and two steering the vehicle using double tyres, that was created for its Austrian owner. The unique vehicle was recently restored by VWCV Classic Vehicles. The T1 was powered by a standard 1,192cc 34 PS flat 4 engine giving the Half-track Fox a top speed of 35 km/h, slightly slower than the animal from which it got its name
