I only put the US as a specific place bc I only know from there that they tend to use applicators. Also so so many ppl on this website are from there.

This is a plastic applicator for those unfamiliar - you insert the whole thing into the vagina, push the bottom up and through so the tampon comes out, then remove the applicator and throw in the trash. They are individually wrapped.
