For the Times, They are a' Changin' || Isaak & Marcy
The medic was so focused on cleaning, desperately trying to keep his mind away from things that he didn’t want to think about that he almost missed her call for him entirely. At first, he was not sure if he had actually heard that familiar voice at all.
He had spent the last several months avoiding the presence of his sister-in-law at all costs. Isaak wasn’t even really sure anymore what had started it, a memory dangled just beyond his reach teasingly. He was not entirely sure he wanted to know what it was or had been.
Not that she had made too much of an effort to interact with him either, if he recalled correctly.
"Yes?" Isaak almost whispered the question, torn between trying to force himself to be sociable with her or retreating into his office until she left. "Vhat is it?"
He convinced himself to turn and look at her after a moment, though it was no easy task. The sight that greeted him certainly did not ease his mind any.
"Vhat happened?"
Yep, she had regretted it, every second of it, every step she took she regretted it. Why of all things, did she think it was a good idea to stab herself. It was only a minute ago and already she had forgotten...
The medibay was the same as ever, as well as the team one and only Medic. No distinct words, or actions told her if somebody else might have been present that day.
Limping toward a counter, she kept an eye on him, nearly tripping over nothing as she did. She barely heard him when he spoke again, her focus on her balance and footing.
"A spy," she lied easily. "Didn't see him..."
Medic, Soldier and Engineer bonding, oh my.
I hear there’s some sort of bread-related shenanigans happening in TF2…
For the Times, They are a' Changin' || Isaak & Marcy
"Come writer and critics who prophesize with your pen." How long had it been since she first heard that song?
"And keep your eyes wide, the chance won’t come again." Six years ago, just when Chris had started going to Vietnam, it was slowly becoming her favorite song, despite everything everyone told her.
"And don’t speak to soon, for the wheels still in spin." She wasn’t the best when it came to singing, but she could carry a tune.
It was four days and counting, four days till she’d head back to Boston and visit Rebecca and Chris, even if it was just for a few days.
Even with summer, the violent winds would still come, and go. Fearful of one starting soon, the pyro entered the building of her base setting her stuff down moment to breath.
Humming the next few lines, her ungloved hand dug through the pockets of her belt for the small white box of cigarettes.
"For the looser now will later be later to win, for the times they are a changin’~" Now she had been left to wonder and think. Of course she had to be out of cigarettes, and of course everyone had to have gone back to their apartment. Well almost everyone that was.
The sawing sigh to the medibay had caught her attention, pointing the way in where the medics hide out was. She was hesitant however now, would the medic even be their? And if he was, would she run into his other half. It was worth the risk, but honestly, she just wanted to see him, wanted to talk to him, even if it wasnt him talking.
Coldfront remained true to it’s name, even in a time that normally should have already begun to issue in sunny, warm days. At least there was a little less snow now. Some of the battles over the winter had been hell, between the white powder so deep it was easy to get stuck in and horrible icy wind.
He had a personal grudge with the wind here. It wasn’t enough for it to just freeze your breath, or make your skin go numb. It wanted everyone deaf and blind. It muffled warning signs and cries for help. It made his job both extremely difficult and even more dangerous.
The medic was glad there was no battle on the schedule for today. The last two rounds had been particularly embarrassing for his team, and him in particular. Getting shot in the first minute of the match was not exactly a good situation to be in.
With a sigh, he closed the cabinet that he stood in front of. Thinking about it would only get him worked up again, and then he wouldn’t get anything done.
Isaak picked up the wet cloth on the counter and set about to cleaning it again.
The hall weren't nearly as bad, They were better at keeping the heat in then the large respawn rooms where the doors were constantly opening and closing.
Not even near the doors however Marcy had stopped. She felt a little ridiculous, stupid more like. She was going to see Isaak, the man who had been avoid her for several month now just to chat? It was a stupid reason and one she wasn't to happy with.
Taking a step back, she leaned against the cold stone wall slowly sliding to the floor with a hand over her head. "I'm gonna regret this..." Removing one of the gloves from her hand, she had dug around in the pockets of her belt, finding a the switchblade she always carried. She was hesitant, looked at it slowly in her fingers, before taking it and stabbing it into left side.
Biting her lip she held the cry in rolling her head back and keeping her eyes shut tight.
"Come on." With a sharp and violent movement she had pulled the knife from her wound, dropping it to the floor with a quick gasp. "Move." It couldn't clean the knife to well, and after several tries, closed the darn thing and shoved it back into her pocket.
The flamethrower had become her temporary cane. as she continued towards the medbay. With the glove back on her hand, she held wound tightly entering through the large wooden doors.
"Isaak?"
Sorry all my new followers and anyone who I owe replies to, felt I should give a little reason why I'm avoiding things
Another thing is I've been having a lot of self esteem issues, and large insecurities when it comes to my tf2 OCs (and I have a lot of them) and what and who I rp with lately. Last time I had made friends in the Tf2 community, deleted me on skype and blocked my personnel blog from theirs. I've been tempted in the past to delete my blogs and im rising towards that point again of "should I should I not?"
I've also been forgetting to take my medication lately and I know that really bad for me, but every time I get around to it, I just dont really wanna, and because I feel so stupid that I can't fucking fix myself and have to be on medication to do so.
I guess what Im trying to say is Im sorry, and even if youd couldn't really tell from the beging of the post, Im just gonna say, Im sorry again. Im really hoping to be back on soon, if I don't delete this blog, but honestly idk how long it will be till I make starter again. If it d get to replies, it will probably from a few selected people who Im the most comfortable with rp with right now.

No, no, no, no, no, no,no! "Goddamn it..." More people meant she would be the one, to confront them, everyone else would make a be-line for the appartments, maybe if she said still long enough they'd walk right past her.
