On today's episode of hyperfixation, I wanted to know the BPMs (beats per minute) of each MCR song so that I could trace that to mile pace. That way when I run, if I want to keep a certain pace, I know which MCR songs to pick. For all my fellow emo runners, here you go! Disclaimer that this is all estimated and depends on each person's stride! Happy running! First I broke down average mile times for BPMs and then below is a list of BPMs for each MCR song by album.
