Stinger has a proper mouth underneath her faceplates, not just an intake tube. But it’s… a bit weird. She has chelicerae, kinda like a spider, and sharp dentae. It’s mildly horrifying and once she actually realizes how much it unsettles people she loves it.

Chaser does not have an actual mouth, and even if she could change that (which, truthfully, she probably could) she has no desire to. In fact, she prefers absorbing sunlight and converting it into solar energon, as most ‘true’ Cybertronians can, or simply running on electricity, as the KSI mecha were programmed to do, over actually refueling.

Chaser would probably augment herself with mnemosurgeon needles if she knew they were actually a thing.

She’s more a mnemosurgeon than a medic anyway? I mean, the KSI mecha are all code. Manipulate the code the right way and you could, theoretically - and depending on the variables because physics - repair an otherwise-fatal wound in a matter of moments. And. There’s a whole other headcanon right there that I have been thinking about a lot but don’t feel like touching right now.

But. Chaser.

I hesitate to call her a mnemosurgeon because she wouldn’t be dealing with memories. Just–coding. Mostly just repair coding on other mecha. Oh, her own coding is free real estate - that’s how she changes colors so often, minor tweaks to her own coding. It’s how she changes altmodes. She could force another KSI mecha to change color and altmodes through this, too.

I dunno. I guess I just like the thought of Chaser having mnemosurgeon needles.

Treble’s anger never lasts long, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t vicious. It’s… a snake striking. Over in a matter of seconds. Sometimes deadly. I don’t really know a better way to word it. But they can go back to being calm and collected and as charming as ever almost immediately afterwards, acting as if nothing happened.
