Anyway my previous job stressed me out and fried me so bad I’ve developed a histamine intolerance that’s leaning towards a MCAS and hEDS diagnosis. once I started treating myself like I’ve got both I stabilized and stopped feeling worse.

And what do ya know all 3 conditions are linked. Ya boi is tired and I’ve only just started trying to unravel everything to start feeling better 🫠

STILL ALIVE!! Just currently quite chronically ill and working on a diagnosis cuz boy I don’t feel so well these days. It’s not life threatening afaik but it’s going to be real inconvenient for the rest of my dang life 🥺
