Isnt the point of combatting racism to stop being racist? I'm all for positive discrimination to level the playing field - but just because you don't want to label someone as "Muslim" doesn't mean you should label the others as "non-Muslim". We should all just be people.

Free Pattern Friday

Summer is sometimes the last season people think about knitting sweaters, but I think that is a mistake. Take the sweater above for an example (it’s Poncho Top by Sára Mrdalo and Eyðleyg í Garði). I love that it has eyelets and is made from a DK weight yarn. I think this one works particularly well in our climate in East Alabama and West Georgia. I would love to see this knit out of Berroco Vintage Dk.
