Hi. The person I'm channeling is someone from your childhood. Someone you've known from a young age, lived in the same town with. The photo itself tells me you two could have bonded over a similar taste in the arts, music, books and painting or the like, winter could be significant. Journalling could be significant. Now, I don't know what happened but this person is in PAIN. A lot of pain.
