Transit of planets in Ascendant Chart:
Sun's transit through 3rd, 4th, 6th, 10th, 11th & 12th houses from Ascendant will be good.
Moon's transit through 3rd, 6th, 10th & 11th houses from Ascendant gives good results.
Mars' transit through 1st, 3rd, 6th, 10th & 11th houses from Ascendant gives good results.
Mercury's transit through 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, & 11th houses from Ascendant gives good results.
Jupiter's transit through 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th & 11th houses from Ascendant gives good results.
Venus transit through 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th & 11th houses from Ascendant gives good results.
Saturn's transit through 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 10th & 11th houses from Ascendant gives good results.
In Ascendant chart, Sun is the significator of whole chart.
Moon is the significator of whole AruDha Lagna chart.
Jupiter is the significator of whole Paka Lagna chart.
For the leadership, power/politics, Ascendant chart is crucial.
For the career & happiness, Moon chart is crucial.
For the knowledge & intelligence, Paka Lagna chart is crucial.
For the spiritual matter, Sun chart is crucial. For name/fame/wealth, AruDha Lagna is crucial.
Bertrand Russell's chart:
1) Atmakaraka Saturn is Vargottama, so Atmakaraka is placed in Karakamsa Lagna.
2) Ascendant Lord Venus conjuncts 9th lord Mercury in the 7th house and aspects Ascendant, which gives Rajayoga.
3) Moon sign lord Mercury conjunct Ascendant lord Venus.
4) Jupiter is exalted in the AruDha Lagna which is 10th house from Ascendant too.
5) His Jupiter's dasha, Saturn (yogakaraka)'s dasha, and 9th lord (Moon sign lord too) Mercury's dasha all gave him popularity and continuous intellectual growth.
Yogakaraka:
1) If a planet in own sign or in exalted sign is in angular houses (1st, 4th, 7th, 10th) counting from another planet in own sign or exalted sign, then both of them become Yogakaraka.
Example: Sun in Leo, Mars in Scorpion i.e. Sun in 10th from Mars, Mars in 4th from Sun, & both are in own sign, then both Sun & Mars are Yogakaraka.
2) If a planet owns one Kendra (angular) house & another TrikoNa (trines) house, then that is Yogakaraka planet.
Example: Mars in Cancer Ascendant owns angular (10th) house & trine (5th) house. So Mars is Yogakaraka for every Cancer Ascendant.
Similarly, Mars is yogakaraka for Leo Ascendant too. Saturn is Yogakaraka for Taurus & Libra Ascendants. Venus is Yogakaraka for Capricorn & Aquarius Ascendants.
3) Dasha of Yogakaraka planet gives rise in career, name/fame/reputation or great achievement or success depending upon person's higher objectives & goals.
4) Combustion, defeat in planetary war, placement in inauspicious houses like 6th or 8th house may decrease the results of Yogakaraka planet.
5) If that planet is also friendly with Moon sign or lord of Moon sign, then dasha of that planet will be more fruitful.
Exalted Sun:
If Sun is exalted but Mars is debilitated or in enemy sign, then results of exaltation of Sun decrease.
If Sun is exalted but Saturn aspects Sun, then results of Sun's exaltation decrease.
Whatever the condition of exaltation Sun is, it makes person egoist and toxic if auspicious planet do not aspect Sun.
Exalted Sun can destroy so many positive significations of the house where it aspects.
If Sun is exalted in Navamsa, then it's very good for positive significations of Sun like creativity, intelligence, leadership etc.
Exalted Sun gives very good results of the house where Leo sign is placed.
If there are natural malefics (Mars, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu) in 2nd and 12th houses from Sun, then positive results of exalted Sun will not be experienced.
Winston Churchill's Birth Chart:
1) He is Virgo Ascendant. Many other leaders of war were also born on this Ascendant.
2) He has Saturn in the 3rd & Rahu in the 8th house from AruDha Lagna which gives victory in war.
3) Saturn in the 6th house from Moon also shows victory.
4) Amatyakaraka (Amk) is the Mars, which is in Ascendant. It is also lord of 8th house which is the house of war.
5) Atmakaraka Mercury is in the Vishakha nakshatra which is good for war because it's lorded by Indra & Agni both.
6) Saturn in the 3rd & Rahu in the 6th houses from Sun also show success in war.
7) Atmakaraka (Ak) and Ascendant lord both is the Mercury which conjuncts Ketu. Ketu is the planet which gives involvement in war.
Exalted Moon:
If Moon is exalted but Venus is in debilitated or enemy sign, you will not realize the results of exalted Moon as said in scriptures.
If there is no any planet in Kendra (1st, 4th, 7th, 10th) houses counted from Moon, then results of exalted Moon will decrease.
If exalted Moon conjuncts Ketu, then results of exalted Moon will not be experienced as said in scriptures.
If natural malefics are in 2nd and 12th houses from Moon, then you will not experience results of exalted Moon.
If Jupiter is 6th or 8th from exalted Moon, then results of exalted Moon will decrease.
Exalted Moon gives bad results of the house where it aspects.
Exalted Moon gives good results of the house where Cancer sign is placed.
Exalted Moon becomes weak when it is aspected by Saturn.
Exalted Moon can't give that much good results if it conjuncts Sun.
If exalted Moon is in enemy sign or debilitated in Navamsa, then you will not realize the results of exalted Moon as said in scriptures.
Astrological analysis should not be based on faith/belief system and astrologer's religion.
So many astrologers ask clients to worship that deity which he/she worships. Imposing own belief system on others isn't good.
It is no good suggesting politicians to worship Shiva.
It is no good suggesting person in depression to chant NarayaNa mantra.
It is no good suggesting people to go to temple everyday.
(There are lots of other things. These are just examples)
In Vedic astrology, Only Bhrigu Samhita, Parashara Hora Shastra (BPHS), & Jaimini Sutras are considered as scriptures.
Because those books are written by Sages.
Other books like Jataka Parijata, Phala deepika, Uttara Kalamrita, Hora Ratnam, Saravali, Jyotish Kaumudi etc. are just great works of great astrologers, but not scriptures.
If you are learning astrology, first of all study scriptures rather than astrologer's books.
Following things aren't well explained by sages:
1) Way of analysing divisional charts
2) Way of analysing transits through Ascendant & transits through Arudha
3) Effects of Retrograde planets
4) Effects of Retrograde planet which is also combusted at the same time
5) What happens when certain planet is in certain house from certain planets. Example, what happens when Venus is in 8th house counting from Saturn
6) Planet's in conjunction with Rahu-Ketu (especially with Ketu)
7) What results are expected from planet defeated in planetary war
8) Effects of exalted but retrograde planet
9) Effects of exalted but combusted planet
10) What happens when Moon sign lord & Ascendant lord both are combusted
11) How to analyse paka Lagna (a chart which is made keeping Ascendant lord with it's sign placement in the 1st house
12) Even many popular charts like Indu Lagna, Ghatika Lagna, Hora Lagna, Shree Lagna etc aren't well explained
13) Way of analysing houses from Arudha Lagna is not well explained either (except in case of 1st, 2nd, 7th & 11th houses)
14) Arudha of houses aren't well explained
15) Arudha of planets aren't well explained
16) Popular concepts like Sadesati, Pitridosha, Kaalasharpa dosha etc aren't mentioned by sages.
Some of above concepts are explained by great astrologers like Matreshwara, Kalidasa, DhuNDiraja etc but there is no same view on any topic
Therefore, it's very difficult to differentiate between rumours and realities for the students of Astrology.
If any house significator and house lord are in mutual connection, then that house flourishes.
Example, for Taurus Ascendant, 9th lord is Saturn. If significator of 9th house Jupiter aspects 9th lord Saturn, then it's good for the matters related to 9th house.
If house significator is 6th, or 8th from any house or house lord, then that house suffers.
Example, if Jupiter is in the 6th or 8th position from 9th house, then 9th house related things might suffer.
Jupiter in the fourth house isn't good for 9th & 11th house.
Jupiter in the 10th isn't good for 5th house.
Jupiter in the 2nd isn't good for 9th house.
Jupiter in the 6th isn't good for 11th house.
Sun in the 6th & 8th isn't good for Ascendant.
Property, Wealth, Money, Job, Entrepreneurship, entertainment, Sexual attraction etc. are never against spiritual life.
Those who distinguish spiritual-material things actually don't know what spirituality is.
There is thin line in between spirituality and Aadhyaatma (Sanskrit word).
Spirituality is awakening your inner power.
Aadhyatma is self realisation or self awareness.
Materialism is very different concept. Its question is what's the main/ultimate ingredients of this world.
True love is the energy of 4th house (especially in Moon chart). So true love lacks sexual feelings.
5th house is the capacity to attract opposite sex. It's also the capacity to sustain any love relationship.
Break up in true love highly impacts 4th & 5th houses.
Both 4th & 5th houses controls your feelings, emotions, happiness, laughter, entertainment and all the positive aspects of your mind and heart.
So break up in love relationship breaks your mind and heart that's why people suffer from anxiety/depression.
Moon: Expects love, respect & appreciation. Moon is attention seeker too. But Moon takes responsibility of others/takes care of others.
Moon is compassionate by heart but doesn't appear to be compassionate.
Moon also wants to control others.
Venus: Expects love, respect & appreciation. It's more attention seeker than Moon. And it doesn't want to take responsibility of others.
When proper attention isn't given, Venus can betray or may take revenge.
Mercury: Expects care, affection, nurture, true love. It is not attention seeker but it doesn't want to take responsibility of others. It wants others to take responsibility of him. Mercury doesn't like control.
Saturn is happy if he gets opportunities to take responsibility of others. Saturn never tolerates insult but it's behaviour to others is insulting because of too much critiquing nature. Saturn doesn't care other's emotions.
If anyone questions on Saturn's character, he behaves ruthlessly.
Saturn wants to create value. So it's not desirous of respect however it wants to play some role in daily affairs so that it wouldn't feel discounted.
Saturn becomes doubtful on you if you appreciate him.
This concept is applicable to your spouse if the planet is Darakaraka. It's applicable to love mate if the planet is Putrakaraka. It is applicable to you if the planet is Atmakaraka.
Mahadasha may change your life path, aims, hobby, passion, mindset, your influence & performance in society or everything but in slow motion.
Transit is basically seen for success/unsuccess or event prediction in the contemporary situation.
So more importance should be given to the transit for the life predictions related to current situation.
First we have to see transit from Moon sign.
If planet is good in transit from Moon sign, then it will be almost good (except for personal relationship) in the transiting house from Moon sign.
If planet is bad in transit from Moon sign, it will be almost bad for the house where it's transiting in the Ascendant chart.
For example, If Jupiter is transiting third from Moon and 10th from Ascendant, Jupiter transiting 3rd from Moon is bad, so it can also give bad results in the 10th from Ascendant.
Planet transiting over natal placement of other planets either mitigate/increases negativity/positivity. For example, Jupiter transiting 6th from Moon is normally bad but if that's the natal placement of Saturn, then that Jupiter can give growth in career.
Jupiter-Saturn-Rahu-Ketu are very important in transit.
Some transits give equal results in the house from Moon or Ascendant. For example, Rahu-Ketu-Saturn increases your income in the transit through eleventh house from natal Moon sign or Ascendant.
Jupiter is good for love life if it is transiting fifth house from Moon or Ascendant both.
Rahu-Ketu are more powerful than other planets. Example: If Rahu is transiting tenth from Moon but Jupiter is transiting tenth from Ascendant, you will realise results of Rahu than that of Jupiter regarding tenth house.
Planetary friendship in your individual chart:
1) Planets in conjunction are always enemy to each other.
2) Counting from one planet to another, Planet in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th & 12th position are always friendly to each other.
3) Counting from one planet to another, planet in 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th position are always enemy to each other.
When natural friends like Sun-Jupiter becomes enemy in your individual chart, then their overall relationship is to be considered neutral.
When natural enemies like Saturn-Mars are friendly in your individual chart, then their overall relationship is to be considered neutral.
When natural enemies like Saturn Mars are enemy in your individual chart, their overall relationship is considered very bad.
When natural friendly planets like Sun-Jupiter are friendly in your individual chart, then their overall relationship is to be considered intimate or highly good.
Overall relationship between naturally neutrals like Jupiter-Saturn depends solely on their relationship in your individual chart.
