Well, you can’t force her to do anything, if she isn’t. I would try to remind her, but there’s only so much one can do.

If you have verifiable proof she’s using again in certain states (don’t quote me on this I’m not 100% sure) you can forcibly admit someone to get emergency treatment. But like Wilson said, you shouldn’t force someone who is using to get help unless they’re hurting you or stealing from you. As sad as it is, it’s their decision, their life, and they’re the one who is suffering the most from it. As someone who has seen how bad addiction can be and get, I’m so sorry.
