That anonymous comment about Noah sounds like it came from a Noah hater lurking here; claiming that Noah only supported Millie after finding out what it’s like to be canceled is just stupid. For starters, you don't know anyone in the cast—how do you know Noah didn't support Millie privately? Millie herself has said, both in the past and recently, that Noah has always been her biggest supporter. She has also said she loves teasing her friends; she did it a lot with Louis in recent interviews by dropping hints about his ex-Olivia. It’s obvious Louis didn't like that at all, and it only fueled more hate toward him. We don't know if Noah actually found the homophobic meme funny or if he just went along with it because Millie was messing with him; it’s something we can't know for sure, since Millie was also immature when she was younger.Everyone in the cast was.
Noah was already hated long before he was cancelled; people mocked his appearance in Stranger Things—specifically that bowl cut—and made memes about him that he detested (memes about Noah that even his own castmates have made fun of hundreds of times). Fillies’s stans hated him—and still do—They are jealous that Finn would never be as close to Millie as Noah is. And then, when Noah came out, people hated him even more. As for his castmates keeping an eye on him during the press tour because he kept dropping spoilers—that’s nonsense; if anything, they seemed to ignore him. Noah was the one who looked completely uncomfortable around them, especially when he was with the boys; he seemed depressed and like he didn't want to be there. He only seemed happy during interviews when he was with Millie. They mocked his character on SNL, so it wouldn't be surprising if they did the same thing to his face behind the scenes—especially knowing how close they all are to the Duffer brothers (who also went to SNL to support Finn). Honestly, if Noah had dropped a spoiler, it would have been for the best; it would have saved me the time of watching that horrible season that the Duffers themselves ruined through their own incompetence.
At the end, it speaks volumes about the rest of the cast that they are so close to the Duffer brothers—who are homophobes that bullied Noah from childhood to the present day, and who also bullied many women on the ST set. And it wouldn't have mattered if Noah and Millie didn't have the personalities people find irritating; they would have been hated anyway, because people hate successful women and gay people.
