Absolutely heart wrenching Backrooms idea.

Someone getting lost in there with their dog.

Not only having to navigate themselves through a non-Euclidean nightmare world but also navigate an animal through it as well. Who would probably understand it even less.

We know animals can end up there too thanks to the seagull.

Extra angst points if they get separated at one point and we have to see the dog trying to find its owner from its own perspective.
