I genuinely think interactive fiction is an underappreciated art form.

Just to clarify. All this is interactive fiction:

IF is any storytelling wherein the storyteller has to change the narrative based on the choices of the person engaging with the story. I write both interactive and linear fiction, and while some stories are better linear, some are better interactive, and it's hard to make a story that is satisfying not just in one way, but in many.

I don't know how to word it right but there's almost an expectation for trans people to drop all their connection to the gender they're socially imposed as as soon as they come out. And if you don't do that you'll be called a faker or wielding your privilege (?).

And I think this can be harmful in many ways but also. Please consider multigender people. Yes, those who still identify as cis in some way or have connection to that gender. Cistrans, transcis, tris. We exist and we aren't less trans because of some expectation you put on us!
