it’s been a while

i’m finally in the place i always dreamed of when i first started this account in middle school. i’m in uni studying creative writing, living on my own, working in the cutest little coffee shop. i’ve had my first love and then many more. but honestly, i think i was happier as a kid when i looked forward to all these things with blind optimism. it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. far fucking from it.

but i want to come back to this blog. it’s been over three years away at this point and i think being here again will give me the community and inspiration i need to finish my wip novel this summer. at least i’m hoping it will.
