Reggie and David’s father has the sun.
I really like the manga’s drawings, but they’re mostly printed I believe. Jim’s card is banned, because it is just that broken. Anyway, have fun with this knowledge!

Mercury's design looks cool and futuristic and im a bit biased here just a tiny bit because i love Sailor Mercury and she is my favourite sailor senshi! not sure why Mercury is called The Tripper here, it might be a reference to the Diety Mercury, witch btw suits Fey so well, the vibes are unparalled here
Earth's design is the most human out of the set which makes sense because Earth has humans but it is also the orgin of life which fits Judai pretty well imo especially with how he is both grounded and mystified and even tho we have explored the earth from top to bottom there are still so many unexplained mysteries that we cannot decpher just yet, much like Judai
Blazing Mars!! Fire Soul!! i love how the main design inspo is from the Diety Mars/Ares and i really hope that the ball at the centre sets people on fire because that would be very cool if so
Despair Uranus looking up might be a reference to the Titan Uraans who is the sky, so the duel spirit might be looking up at the sky. or maybe its just done with humanity's nonesense

i know this card!!! kiba told me about it when introducing the forbidden tier in the tcg!! so happy Cowboy has such a cool and op card, good for him!! also interesting that Neptune is refered to as the Tyrant, maybe its a reference to the namesake diety's temper and hardheadedness? and might be because Neptune also oversees earthquakes ad well
the Grand Jupiter!! Makoto if you are free for dinner pls i love the light surrounding it!!! and the textured armour design! and the jupited lodged in the centre!! the majesty of it suits Edo really well!! and Edo himself looks fantastic in the manga panel!!
Fubuki has Pluto!!! letss gooo!!! the design gives me Xenomorph vibes in the best way, i love this design!! and the multiple eyes!! yess!! 10/10 design honestly it goes so hard, and with Fubuki being possessed by Darkness in s1 having the planet that has the sun as a distant star is a really good fit imo, and the epithet Suppression fits how Fubuki suppresses his duelist skills after coming back from that coma
The Splendid Venus!! the design was propably made in connection to the namesake diety and the wings could be an extension of that, but i'd like to think that the wings are a reference to Lucifer who is named after Venus (morning star). while idk who Reggie is she looks absolutely precious i already love her, she can do no wrong
love how Saturn here is just called 'big', no fancy words just Big. very fun :D love the giant ring in reference to irl saturn's rings!!
(question about Reggie and David, are they in the navy or airforce or something like that???)
The Sun. no epithet needed for this spirit! the design is giving cherubim vibes and visually it bears smiliarities to The Splendid Venus, which checks out because Reggie is his daughter
also for some reason the dad looks kinda like Aladeen from The Dictator
