Honey Chipotle Chicken Wings 🍗

One of my favorite meals of all time 🍗😍 With barbecue season right around the corner I couldn’t help myself in recreating this all time classic! Tonight I seasoned with salt + pepper and baked at 400°F for about 30 mins. Then I tossed each wing individually in my homemade sauce. Tedious work but to me its worth every second! Now for the two most important questions:

*Ingredients*

Super fun and easy kitchen crafts to do with the kiddos! Today I made these with my little niñas and they LOVED them! So delicious and even more nutritious 😍

Today we used: -Bananas & Yogurt for a Bananas & Creme basket -Peanut Butter and Mashed Raspberries for PB&J basket -Strawberries/Raspberries Blueberries & Yogurt for a healthy take on strawberry blueberry shortcake 🤪

*Ingredients*

1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 1/2 c GF rolled oats

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp maple syrup +1/2 tsp vanillla extract

pinch of salt

1/3 cranberries or raisins

*Directions*

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mash the bananas, add coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, salt and mix well. Mix in the oats to the batter and stir well. Stir in raisins.

Using a tablespoon fill in a muffin cup and then press down with your fingers to make a basket shape.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Let it cool and fill in with yogurt and bananas for bananas and cream basket, peanut butter and jelly (mashed & microwaved raspberries for jelly), bananas, yogurt and blueberries. Feel free to get creative here!
