My opinion on the new Merlin Ride Access System.

First of all, I’m an autistic person with ADHD and Mild Anxiety who also struggles to stand for long amounts of time.

And I think this new pass system is erasing hidden disabilities.

For example, someone we go to Alton Towers with struggles with loud noises and therefore the pre-show of Wicker Man and regular queue line of Th13teen are things we avoid. Without the ability to use the Ride Access Queues, the person is unable to feel comfortable in the queues.

So I say reverse this decision, Merlin. You’re making it harder for people to enjoy the parks.
