Hey folks! Just a quick update on the status of our inbox - we've submitted two tickets to support and are still awaiting responses, but we've found that asks and submissions do work on the mobile app version of Tumblr (iOS and Android confirmed). Nothing has changed for our settings and it appears that this issue is happening to our entire account including sideblogs on every web browser we've tried, including mobile, so while it isn't ideal, the app version seems to be the only way to successfully send and view asks and submissions right now.
We have tried every fix we could think of on our end, so unfortunately anything further will have to be with official support. Thank you for your patience!
