Came across a youtube short talking about tumblr blogs, someone asked in comments if they remember the painter and tennis blogs…feels nice being remembered lol

Oh hey a painting gimmick blog. Haven't seen one of those in a while.

I paint posts with paint colors used for cars! The colors I use come from the catalogs used by specific car manufacturers, either for a wide lineup or specific models. I find the paint colors with the Auto Color Library (link)

The way I go about painting posts will be one of two ways: painting the entire post in one specific color, or painting individual parts of a post with different colors from the same page of a catalog. When a post gets painted, I will list the name of the color(s) I used and the car brand I got it from. If a color doesn't have a name, I'll list the HEX code instead.

Feel free to tag me in posts you want to see painted!
