Eyes of a psychopath, so wide you can see the will to kill over and over again without getting tired or bored.
This morning was different. It felt like dream. Did yesterday really happen? Did you really met your brother Hongjoong after 4 years of not seeing him? However, instructions were clear. Put your life in a danger in order to make the same people put their lives in danger for you. Today, as it was Saturday, you were forced to clean whole house and then planned to meet your brother for training. Well, if just the plans didn’t change. Your phone began to rang as you were making breakfast. San. Yes, you have his phone number. No, you have no idea how you got it, it just is there. You picked it up and only heard:
"I’m giving you only five minutes, get ready."
Before you could ask anything, San already ended the call and you understood you have to get ready for training. If it just was that training you thought of. You ran into your room to wear some jeans and hoodie, but as you heard knocking on your doors, you just ran down to wear shoes and left. No make up or deodorant.
After about fifteen minutes in car, San suddenly stopped near some forest and told you to wait. He left the car, going into that forest. Maybe five minutes passed and you suddenly noticed San coming back with your brother. Hongjoong was partially covered in blood and looked really mad. San ran to the car to open doors for you and called you out. You immediately ran out to your brother, worried about what had just happened.
"Stay behind me, don’t you even dare to move anywhere else."
The protectiveness of your brother felt really amazing, especially after all these years you haven’t seen him. Finally getting to know how it feels to have a brother, great feeling. However, thinking about why he could’ve said that, scared you a bit. Is there any dangerous person? Could your life be at a risk? No time to think about it, you have to show your brother you fit the position he gave you in his group.
You were walking for a bit when you heard whining, like a little puppy that was hurt. Except instead of actually seeing a dog, it was man. Or more like a boy. And who was it? Right, one of those people who hated you and tried to hurt you multiple times, unsuccessfully. He was kneeling on the ground while the other 5 guys had been slapping him and laughing at his cries.
"Watch this, watch this."
One of the guys said, then took bunch of grass and slapped the guy really hard. Wow, even though what he did was wrong, the man himself looked really attractive. Kind of longer, dark black hair. He looked like a prince, really innocent and handsome boy. The red mark next to his eye...yes, it’s Yeosang. You were still trying to remember their names but used some unique things about them as a hint. The guy on the ground just cried, his cheek began to bleed but the other guys just laughed.
"Aw, is little baby gonna cry?"
Hwa, yes. Boss’s right hand. He looked even scarier than yesterday. His stare was really intense and irony in his voice was scary, something you wouldn’t wanna hear from a guy like him. San, that was all the time behind you, ran to them and pointed at you. All of the 5 guys turned their heads to face you, Yeosang throwing bunch of grass on the ground, acting like he did nothing. The guy on the ground also turned his head to you, barely recognizing you as one of his eyes was full of blood, there’s no way he is not blind in this eye. The guy probably also didn’t believe he is going to survive so he just decided to let his thoughts escape his mouth.
"You little slut! I should’ve fucked you and then choke you and then use as a fucking doll!"
The guys immediately turned to face him. They started to kick him and your brother took knife from his pocket, wanting to hurt the guy. However, what the guy told you boiled your blood even more and now, as you could finally get revenge and see him suffer, you couldn’t escape the thoughts of hearing the boy cry and ask for forgiveness. You took the knife from your brother’s hand and put guys aside so that you could face the guy all by yourself. You knelt down as the guy was crying, not just water but blood too. You looked deeply into his eyes and just smiled.
"Yeah, true. I should’ve killed you back then and use your dead head as trophy. Well, at least one of us has his dreams come true, right?"
You took the knife, looked at it with lovely eyes before putting the spike of the knife on his cheek, slowly putting pressure on it and hearing the guy slowly whining again. The blood started to drip out of his cheek, and you just smiled while looking at him. And then boom, you moved the knife so fast it cut his cheek really deeply, almost cutting his whole mouth into two parts. Everyone around you cheered for you and you felt really great. You did it. And it felt amazing. You stood up and decided to go back to your brother, that was watching you from behind. That’s when suddenly somebody came out from somewhere, having a gun in his hand. The man was really tall and had broad shoulders. Maybe Yunho? Yes, it must be him. He came closer to your brother, handed him the gun and your brother tried to load it.
"Wanna try?"
Once your brother loaded it, he handed you the guy. You took it carefully, being scared. But then decided you need to prove you deserve to be in your brother’s mafia group. The target was the boy on the ground. However, you still wanted to enjoy his whining. Instead of killing him, you shot his left leg. He immediately fell back on the ground, crying from the pain, and you all laughed. If anybody would look at Hongjoong at that particular time, they would immediately see how proud he is. You then threw the gun on the ground, running to the guy and taking some stone you found on the ground. You began to hit the place where he was shot, with a rock. However, this time, somebody pulled you away. Their grip on your arm was strong, making you stand up immediately. Who could it be? You turned around to face him. His eyes were clearly telling you 'that's enough'. Yes, these eyes belonged to Jongho, the strongest man from the whole group. On that meeting you had yesterday, he crushed apple with one of his hands, like it was just some stress ball. Immediate authority. As his eyes pointed on your arm, that was holding rock, both, your hand and rock, covered in blood, you loosened your grip on it. The rock fell back on the ground, and your brother ran to you.
"I see that we all should fear you. However, let's continue our training with emotional control, alright?"
As your brother put his arm around your shoulder, you somehow managed to run back to the guy and spit on him. Yeosang and Yunho then pulled you away, leaving the guy on the ground. All members were leaving, except San. As you got to the car and Joong opened the door for you, you heard two gunshots. Seonghwa whispered something to this tall guy with intense stare, Mingi, and the strong guy, Jongho, and they nodded, running back to the forest you were in just about few minutes ago.
I've been pretty busy the last few months because of final exams, but now I'm back again with head full of ideas so feel free to request any fan fiction, I decided to not do reactions for now because they're harder than I personally thought haha

But no reaction, actually, you enjoyed it. The hate got worse and you were ready to leave. Even though you knew it would hurt Wooyoung, it was too much for you to go through. Questioning if all you’re going through is actually worth it. No, it’s not. You either break up with him or die. Yes, the second option is much better. You won’t be in pain anymore. You bought razors, went to take shower at 10 pm, knowing Wooyoung will come home maybe at midnight, if not later. You took the razor, looked at your wrist and began to cry. All the thoughts in your head were fighting. Memories you had with Wooyoung were working hardly to fight visions of the hate comments and DMs you got. However, it did not work well. Not even knowing how, your wrist was bleeding. The cut was not that deep, but it still made blood leave your body. That’s when you almost got heart attack. Big silhouette was standing in the doors to the bathroom, looking at you with wide opened eyes. Why did Wooyoung come home earlier today?
"Y-Y/n? Okay, we are going to put this things aside, you will slowly, very carefully stand up, alright?"
Wooyoung said with worry in his voice while stretching his arm to take the razor out of your hand. But you refused to let go off of the razor. You successfully pulled the razor and again cut yourself, now with Wooyoung looking at you. As soon as you did it, your thoughts filled your head fully that you didn’t even notice how Wooyoung took the razor out of your hand.
"Why?"
After this question, you again tried to reach for the razor, however, Wooyoung stretched his arm above his head, stepped back and cut himself. The cut on his forearm looked really deep. Blood was leaving his body so fast and so much of it was on the rug under him. You both ran to kitchen and took care of your cuts. You had no other choice than to talk to him about what had been happening past few weeks. The anger in him grew faster than you expected, knowing that the real hell is just about to begin. He looked deeply into your eyes, trying to let you understand his feelings since he is unable to say anything. His cut, luckily, was not that deep. Neither were yours. But you both knew the scars are gonna stay there once they’re healed.
"Y/n? Why didn’t you tell me anything? We could’ve talk about it. I would rather listen to you day and night, let my shirt soak from your tears, than never see or hug you again."
His words did exactly what his thoughts wanted. You began to cry even more. You felt so useless. Why did you even do it? Was it really neccessary? Would Wooyoung just tell you to f*ck off if you would tell him what hurts you? Now you knew only one thing. You only hurt Wooyoung. You indirectly told him that you don’t want his help, that he would not help you. However, as you thought that he would ignore you, hate you. He did exact opposite. He tried to spend every free second of his life with you, even if that meant he would not sleep.
Few days passed and ateez had comeback. On their first performance, Wooyoung’s wrist surprised everybody. The cut was still not perfectly healed so it was very visible. Many people were questioning what had happened, only for Wooyoung to say on fan signing "You did not just hurt my love, you hurt mainly me. Now, here is the scar you left."

It almost seemed like you both hoped the other one is going to be that comfort you were waiting for the whole day, the comfort that kept you from killing others, the comfort that forced you to just breath in and out and continue whatever you were doing. The atmosphere was very weird once you stepped into your apartment. However, it got even worse once Seungcheol threw his bag on the ground, only swearing.
"I see I’m not the only one with shitty day."
You said, trying to just ignore what had been happening the whole day so you could focus on the time spent with your boyfriend. Well, only if Cheol would share the same thoughts.
"What can you know about shitty day? You literally do nothing."
This came out from his mouth, shutting your own. You were just standing there, doing nothing but trying to keep the tears in your eyes. Yes, he must have had stressful day too, he has much more stressing job than you. But that didn’t mean he could say this just as if it was common knowledge. However, he didn’t seem to think the same way as you again, acting just as if it actually was random knowledge.
"I was excited for some warm dinner at least but as I see...how much did you drink tonight?"
After he stepped into the kitchen, his words just began to be more and more toxic. Yes, you drank some alcohol, but just about two shots of soju, nothing more. And about the dinner? He didn’t even mention he wants you to cook something, he said he will get something himself on his way back.
"Doesn’t matter if your day was bad or not, you have no damn right talking to me like this."
Your mouth spoke for you. Your heart wanted to remain silent, but your mind just couldn’t let this slide. He turned around looking at you with rested face.
"Hey, I’m sorry I didn’t prepare dinner for you, you texted me you would buy something on your way here. Also, I see you would need some wine or so. Or you know what? I’ll go to the shop and buy even more soju. Maybe then you would shut up your pretty, but damn toxic mouth. How does that sounds?"
You said it with so provocative voice, he doesn’t know how it happened. He just stepped closer to you and slapped you. Even he himself flinched. In his eyes, it was just pure panic and shock. How could he do that? What made him do that? He looked at his hand, then at you, currently holding your cheek and crying, then again back at his hand and hugged you.
"Oh my god, I-I’m so so sorry, Y/n. Please forgive me. Y-you alright?"
You heard real concerns in his voice. Now, it was your Seungcheol. That one, that knew when he did mistake. The one, that you finally can sit down with and talk about your problems, while cuddling each other and giving the comfort you both dreamed of.
"Cheol...it’s not us against each other...it’s us against the problem. Let’s talk about it...please."
As you were saying it, you looked deeply into his eyes. You could even see that tear forming in his right eye, then sliding down his cheek. He felt sorry. And it was real. He really did. Deep inside he wanted to turn back the clock and change the tone of voice he used, change words he used, just change everything. After this short, but meaningful fight, you both fell asleep on the couch, exhausted from stressful day, talking about your problems, feelings, concerns, and so on.
