Not an ask but seeing your pfp as Chara reminded me of a crack AU I made with a friend when I was a kid. The AU is called Chara's Cooking Show because she kills every monster and turns them into some kind of dish and she has a weird companion called Snaily the Snail (who's actually just a little pencil sharpener).

I don't know what the hell that AU is about aside from me and my friend slacking on homework anyway. I cringe at myself with this particular memory.. idk, I thought it would sound funny?

Yeah I can understand why you would cringe at that memory, Chara killing and saying they were evil was what the very early Undertale fandom did years back in 2016. Thankfully people do it anymore, also Chara goes by They/Them.

Also dear lord specking of that I remember back in 2016 when people drew Frisk and Chara super sexuelized with the biggest breats, thighs of a goddess, and always wearing booty shorts 😭😭😭. And sadly I still see this type of fanart of Chara, Storyshit Chara, and Storyfell Chara used on the thumbnails for AU covers. Its probley impossible to find any good Storyfell Chara fanart without people drawing them as girl with the biggest fucking breats ever 😭😭😭. Fucking hate when the YT Comments say "hear me out" or something very NSFW. They are a CHILD YOU WERIDOS! God that drives me INSANE!

This is the only place I can good fanart of Chara and any AU verson of them, expect for Storyfell Chara still

I remember seeing videos of Chara and Frisk being drawn the way you described but god damn bro it always bothered me so much to see those kinds of art. It's a little weird and I'm kinda glad I don't see much of that on Tumblr. The art you always reblog is super good and awesome too!!

I just struggled a lot with drawing Chara and Frisk with different hairstyles lol

Fandoms have a serious problem with how creators are being treated these days.

Fandom creators spend hours of their free time to create something to make fandom thrive...for free and for the love of the game.

And what do they get? A wholeass heap of fuck all. No reblogs, no comments, no nothing. And people are surprised that creators are dropping out left, right, and centre??

"Why is there no long fic anymore?" "Why did my favourite writer stop?" "Why is my favourite artist not posting anymore?"

I implore you to ask yourself: "What's the last thing I did to support my fandom? Does my favourite creator know they are my favourite? When was the last time I left a comment under something?"

i think MORE characters should be rape survivors. i think more characters should be csa survivors. i think more characters should be dv survivors. i think strong and noble and attractive and charming and brilliant characters with indomitable spirits should be survivors. i think the most powerful characters in the world should be survivors. i think characters who are cultural icons should be survivors. i think victims and survivors should see ourselves in the most admirable and beloved characters around! i think we should be protagonists!!!

#‘it’s so unnecessary’ . okay . god yea this one drives me CRAZY. people will yap all day long about how it's "unnecessary" to make a character a survivor like do you think it was necessary for any of us to be abused or raped irl? was it narratively essential? did it teach the audience an important lesson? why do we, who have to justify our experiences and existences and reactions all the time in real life, also have to justify why we should exist in fiction? people act so repulsed by the thought of us. i've really fully and truly had enough of that. there is nothing so uniquely disgusting or repulsive or unspeakable about our victimhood or our survival that justifies this obsession with keeping the reality of our existence hidden

"oh but talking about it can be triggering for victims :(((" you know what else is triggering? living in a world that insists that we cannot be open and honest about what happened to us. maybe if we had, oh, i don't know, prominent examples in our cultural stories of people who are victims and are competent and strong it might be easier (for everyone, not just victims) to have the discussions we actually need to have about our trauma.

!!! ok but that’s legitimately what it’s doing!! That’s a corvid right there (looks like a hooded crow, to be precise), which means it’s intelligent enough to recognize, a) cars are dangerous and streets should be treated with a certain degree of caution, b) this car’s slowing down for them–cars do that sometimes–which means they’re not in imminent danger, so it doesn’t have to fly away just yet, c) that hedgehog’s still gonna get killed if it doesn’t MOVE, FAST (cars can change speed very quickly and the hedgehog’s still in the way), and almost certainly also d) if the bird does nothing it gets a free lunch.

Y’all, Y’ALL. This bird is consciously deciding to put itself in danger in order to save the life of a very stupid creature. A creature which, if the bird did nothing, could be free food.

i can’t - look if you follow me you know I have a thing for corvids, but this is - like!!! People are always saying “ah yes they have sub-human intelligence and don’t consider anything that isn’t immediately necessary for their own survival/pleasure,” but! Whether or not it can do philosophy, this crow is clearly demonstrating compassion. Even if it’s just the kind of compassion a toddler shows to a snail, a social creature that instinctively recognizes the potential for emotion in other beings, that’s still huge and cool and important and corvids!!! are! neat!!!
