I’ve been thinking about the maverick hunters lately and I really like the idea that being a navigator serves partially as training. It would be a very practical way to introduce recruits to the situations they’d face on missions and teach them how to think quickly, plus it lets them observe how seasoned hunters treat certain situations.

I like to think that X could've been a navigator in X7 since he didn't completely retired as a Maverick Hunter....

I really like this idea a lot (especially when it reminds me of Dispatch) just to see what Zero would do as a navigator lol

Blame Inafune for that, dude just hates X for no bloody reason and wouldnt stop simping and writing more stuff for Zero. After X1 the later X games focaus way more on Zero. Hell X6 treated X as a character way better compared to X2-X5

i have heard of it ....... very sigh ....... ngl, hes making me hate zero instead of simping for him with all this😂😂😂😂if he had kept on his idea of making zero the main protag it wouldnt have turned out this way ....... nothing is wasted .........

why go all the way developing x and all just to throw the character away like nothing happened .... its just rly sad bc every character has potential and good writing ...... nothing positive is given except wasting time and potential .......

i have not seen all of mmxs plot ...... but i can tell the difference between the treatment of x and zero ........... very sigh ..... an awful attempt to rewrite sth or trying to put sth down .......... very bad execution

I say the BEST WRITING for X is in Maverick Hunter X, he gets ALL the spotlight and Mark Gatha will ALWAYS be the voice of X to me. I havent played Command Mission but from what ive heard here X has really good writing in the game

MARK GATHA MENTIONED! I don't remember much of Command Mission but I think the writing for X is good for a separate "what if" in 22XX if we...ignore Zero series......

Oh Inafune.. Me when I get this mf for trying to make X the villain in the scrapped plot of Zero 1....I know Inafune likes Zero and all but damn bitch what did X do to you to write him off as the villain????????

ok i suddenly had a thought and got curious

visual artists: when you have an idea for something, does it appear in your mind as the finished product, the steps you'll have to take, a sentence, or something else?

finished thing (i saw an image of an apple in my head so that's what i'll draw)

steps (if i draw an apple, i'll draw a circle as a guide first, then...)

sentence (i should draw an apple being picked from a tree)

a combination of these (tell me in the tags!!)

something else (also tell me in the tags!!!!)

not a visual artist, just curious.

i have aphantasia (i can't see images in my brain) so i just like hearing how other people visualize ideas LOL also hopefully the examples i wrote make sense it's kind of hard to put into words but ehhhh
